It looked better back in the 50s or whenever that painting was made. Getting rid of the 70's colors and some professional landscaping would definitely help. The main issue with that house is the inside. The grouted kitchen counters are a health hazard and I know that kitchen linoleum dates to before 1975 because my parents had the exact same linoleum in their house at around that time. The place could use some new carpets as well. Didn't see any of that in the Chipman Remodeling Supply Haul Pics....
