It's interesting to me because masks were widely used during the World Flu Pandemic of 1918-19 (Spanish Flu) and forensic research indicates that many people who died were stricken with bacterial pneumonia that was either caused or aggravated by wearing a mask. Dr. Fauci was a co-author of a paper that came to this conclusion but his opinions on the Wu Flu seem to change with the weather.

I doubt it would happen unless the new Spider-Man movie bombs and Sony would rather not get in constant pissing battles with Disney. If anything it would be better to see the MCU be looked at more negatively by Disney's own hand as a more effective meltdown measure since if it was a Sony thing then Bob would have people to look to for validation in comparison to more people just hating the movies. I say this because the MCU was part of Bob's identity and made him feel special, to see it be hated and less popular/cool will take that away from him.
