Timezone and AM/PM to military time conversions are irrelevant here. What's important is the minutes. Twitter timestamps whatever time it is that you hit that tweet (the post function) button. It then translates it into whatever your local time is eg, some onlyfans tranny thot from England posts bussie pics at 6PM their time but when Bob sees it will show as 12PM his time. Even if John was in a different part of the world when they took that screen shot, the minutes would still line up. They do not. These are two different tweets.

• The source: When something is tweeted, twitter posts at the bottom of the tweet (It won't show up on the timeline. You have to click on each individual tweet to see it.) where it was sent from.
