It turns out anti-maskers are the ones who have a healthy relationship with science. They are more likely to demand raw data and do the analysis themselves, instead of trusting the received opinions of talking heads (link to paper; I've also enclosed it in this entry lest it gets canceled)

There is some truth in what Bobby says (and what his orbiter Ruki Tanuki then elaborates), in that the results of home data-analysts are neither verified nor peer-reviewed, thus not necessarily reliable. The finding, however, gives the lie to Bobby's puerile dichotomy of Thinkers and Believers. Many anti-maskers are very sophisticated Thinkers who place a high premium on knowledge. Bobby's "let them rot because they are ignorant" attitude has no rational basis. On the other hand, the medical and public health communities can hope to converse with them intelligently, and perhaps even benefit from their perspectives.
Bob doesn't want to converse with them intelligently, or even hear from their perspectives. In the ground beef he laughably calls a brain, he believes he is right, and everyone else is wrong. This meme sums up his attitude in that tweet perfectly:

not_mad_bob.jpg

For all his pretensions at intelligence, Bob is a very stupid creature. Everything in his worldview is laughably black and white, with not a shade of gray to be found anywhere. He would rather let the diabetes take him and sacrifice his Superior Future if it meant he didn't have to acknowledge one of those (ugh) believers were right. Everything is viewed through that lens.

Bob is aware of all of this. He knows where he stands on the intellectual totem pole (hint: it's near the bottom.) His faux intellectualism and his "thinkers vs. believers" mantra are all lies he tells, hoping that if you repeat the lie enough it'll become true. The problem is that his stupidity hampers his plan to appear smarter than he is. Everyone can see it- even Bob. But Bob pretends it's not there, stubbornly maintaining the lie.

Anyone who fucks with Malice and thinks it will end well is a goddamn retard. It’s actually a fun insight into Bob’s smooth brain: He glances at Malice’s profile, quickly miscalculates and registers him as a Charlie Kirk type who he won’t get BTFO by. Bob’s capacity for stupidity is one of his most amusing qualities.
He's quote tweeted Malice before, always along the lines of "this THING is from Bahstain?!". I believe that it's just flown under Malice's radar because Bob never said anything as stupid as "Nancy Pelosi's desk is MY desk" and then deleted said tweet, I'm busy refreshing Google in the hopes that the cached version pops up, due to some "grammar" error and then put up the same exact thing but only now it's protected. Such cope. Much seething.

EDIT:
After looking through all the people who replied to Bob yesterday it looks like his big grammar error, that was huge and egregious that he needed to delete it to post almost the same exact thing I'm assuming, was saying "OUR desk". There may have been more calls to violence towards the obsolete, I'm seeing some people comment about that, but I can't say for certain. Interestingly, I'm not seeing a single person being mocked by Bob getting clap back from the usual, or any for that matter, Bob knob slobbers. Either what he originally posted was so dumb none of them bothered to stick their neck out for their lady's honor or he deleted it so quick that no one got the chance. Both are equally viable in my eyes.

I did find this exchange which I'm sure Bob found particularly biting.

Putting it into words that a manchild could understand.

I think that would be great for Spiderman to be honest.

I'm way past capeshit movies, so i just won't be watching any of these anyway, but if i'm allowed to be a bit judgmental here, any true fan of Spiderman worth of it's salt should HATE the MCU version of "spiderboy".

I flat out hate what they did to Peter in those movies, and I'm not a fan of the previous Spidermans as well, but this "oh gee, Mr.Stark sir, can I please suck you cock" peter parker just fucking blows.

Also, Spiderman never really worked that well in the very own Marvel comics. Like Daredevil, Spiderman works best when he is having adventures by himself, fighting his own rogues and dealing with the good old "parker luck", and the marvel writers knew that, that is why on a lot of the big Marvel events from 80's and 90's, Spiderman was mostly a background character, or just getting a setup for a storyline on his own comic (like the symbiotes).

That is why I never bought the hype of "Spiderman is in the MCU", where they made Tony Stark of all people to be Peter's new uncle Ben.

One thing none of the movies never got right about Peter parker was that Peter always acted as if he had a chip on his shoulder, he wasn't rude or acted out of malice, but he would get confrontational in a drop of a hat (which a lot people described Ditko being like that), and be downright a stubborn asshole, with very few people having the patience to deal with his shit, Daredevil being one of the few, and that is another reason on why Spiderman never worked well on teams, because like Daredevil, he ain't a team player.

Of course, over the years and with other writers, they would mellow Peter out, but he was never a bitch, that is thill civil war, and i guess we are just stuck now with The Amazing Spider-simp.

"oh, golly gee Mr.Stark, you did it, you saved the world, now i can suck you iron cock, right?"

Fuck that noise, If sony takes another crack at Spiderman, and make it close to the original peter Parker, i say go for it, forget about that lame ass from the MCU, forget about the MCU period, it is shit now, find something else to watch.
MCU Spidey is just Miles Morales in Peter's skin. It's solid as a film, poor as an adaption.

I wonder with all the fans who were with the MCU from the beginning identify with Tony a little and have a parental attachment to MCU spidey also. Some of the memes and reactions to him... are what make me think this.
OMG did Bob just make a funny joke?
malice appears to be a competent researcher. Would not be surprised to see him delve into some of Bob's recent hits such as the lindsaying if this keeps going. Fingers crossed that this goes on long enough to get into genocide and correct chicken preparation
Malice! If you come by here for research I just want to say hi! Enjoy your work.

Nigger, put a trigger warning before you say those words. Anybody who has even the most tangential relationship with academia knows that peer-reviewed is a joke. If you want to push an idea you bribe and threaten everyone into agreement and then you slowly replace them until no one knows how the idea came to be in the first place: "it was always there so it must be true".

Do you really think that after 4+ years a Geologist/Weather scientist pre-doctorate will even dare to suggest anything short us becoming a second tatooine? If he wants to find work in his field he will tow the party line or learn to code.

The irony being that they had to learn a little coding to do the statistical analysis in the first place

In fairness, they did it because they expected Sony to try and bolt with Spiderman aa soon as they could after Disney dug them out of the whole the Amazing Spiderman movies got them in.

Of course, as soon as Venom made money, that was the first thing Sony tried to do, so it shows those precautions were absolutely nessasary.

The Rat may be evil, but Sony is the most clueless major studio in Hollywood.

I think you're giving Sony way less credit than they deserve. They just got ITSV, The insomniac verse, and are on the right track to verify some of his catalogs to stand out from the crowd in the animation medium. If anything MCU right now is the most unfriendly adaptation for fans of the character. Sony is willing to commit risks now that they seemingly learn from the past. With the Success of the Insomniac verse both financially, and critically. Along with the goodwill they have built from people with their animated films.

Clueless? Yep, but they got good reason to feel more confident with the redemption story they've been having lately.

And that day will never come. Unless he bents a knee and lets go of his ego along with his anger and humble himself.

I'm shocked Bob has not committed Twitter suicide by tweeting some dumbass point about Israel right now. I hope his tranny friends demand something.

Bobby is a good goy of the american education system. If he can be brainwashed into believing the MCU is high art I'm pretty sure his brain goes into [you can't question your superiors] mode when the chosenites are involved.

It's pavlovian at this point.

Nah, those creatures will be satisfied with any half-assed pro-Palestine stance, and you bet the brainless behemoth will either do just that or fumble his words into pissing everyone off.

Bob, you declare anyone to the right of Lenin's mummified asscheeks to be a "white-nationalist"/subhuman. You've also openly declared your dream to have the military subjugate and disenfranchise all non-Dem voting counties. Moreover, you want the US and all nations to cease to exist, so cease with the fair weather patriotism and disingenuous belief in the sanctity of American symbols. That man was there for far nobler causes than you have ever waddled out from your basement to support.

MASSIVE difference between Sony Studios and the rest of the company... the Sony leaks a few years back especially reveal that the studio was bleeding money and on corperate's shit list.

Amy Paschal was the most out-of-her-depth studio head this side of Kathleen Kennedy, her main legacy being bankrolling Adam Sandler for a decade, and a laundry list of bad remakes ranging from Karate Kid to Total Recall to Ghostbusters.

Sony was largely kept afloat by James Bond and Spiderman, and during her tenure, she tanked the Spiderman franchise twice.

Hell, Amazing Spiderman 2 tanking and the Sony hacks are what it finally took to get her fired.

That's also my feelings about the new Spider-Man. They always treated Spider-Man like Iron Man's son way too much, instead of making Spider-Man his own character. Thankfully at the end of Far From Home, they made Spider-Man more grown up, where he could actually take care of himself and get out of trouble. I'm hoping that they keep his character more independent and adult in the third movie.
I whole heartedly agree with everybody involved. They could had him he was crimefighting before the Avengers showed up and being something of a urban legend and being a college student who's a causal fan of Tony Stark. The only thing I'm graceful for the MCU Spiderman is NOT using Green Goblin (s).
