Sorry for not being more active in the thread, work has been kicking my ass for the past few days, weeks, months but I sometimes have random shower thoughts about clan chippa. They, of course are now experts on Constitutional US Law and have given their NPC inputs. Chris Chipman is (according to him) an engineer, a position he needed to study and pass exams for and yet he doesn't understand the difference between a ban and the right to forbid a ban. This is an incredible big difference in cause and effect .

I have the sneaking suspicion not a single Chipman understands cause and effect. Not Bob, not Chippa, and probably not Mama Chipman either.
