I think they've all learned from Sandman and that's why there's been so many retractions with this tanking prosecutions.

He will most likely walk. If he doesn't, then there is no justice in the country. The Prosecutor made a fucking fool of himself multiple times, so much that the judge got pissed at him for being such a fuckup and ended up shouting at him for it. The key witness of the prosecution (the guy that Kyle shot in the arm) admitted that he threatened Kyle, was armed with an illegal weapon and walked towards him aiming the weapon at Kyle. And other witnesess backed that up. On this one there is a recording of the prosecution knowing that their case was essentially lost.
And to top it off, the Prosecutor pretty much tried to blame it on Kyle playing CoD. Not even fucking kidding on this one. If he doesn't walk, it's because the system as a whole doesn't want him to.

The prosecutor made a massive error when he tried to question Rittenhouse on his silence regarding the case. That's commenting on his fifth amendment right against self-incrimination, and it's such an egregious fuckup that it actually makes more sense to assume the prosecution wants a mistrial, either for a second bite at the apple or just so Rittenhouse always has this cloud over him because he walked without a straight acquittal. (The defense even argued as much during one of their objections, and moved for a mistrial.)
But if he's convicted and imprisoned for life, he gets what he deserves for putting on a red hat. Fuck you, Bob. *spit*

Yep, and the judge yelled at the retard prosecutor for trying to do it. It's clear he's playing dirty because he knows he has no fucking chance at winning this. Plus, with Bob, other rabid consoomers like Bob and most feral basketball americans rooting for Kyle to rot in jail, you can expect that either cities will go through the trials of St. Floyd of Fetanyl once more or people involved in the trial will get shat on for a very long time.
And to top it off, the retard prosecutor has constantly star wars pins on his suit. That should tell you a lot about that fucking mongoloid.

No, i believe he has a tenuous grasp on it. Not very deep, like understanding the degree of independence of every state, but enough to know that whatever flies in Bahston doesn't fly in Texas and also his whole tirades about the electoral college. I don't know if any of my fellow Bobologists have been following this trial but it has been a literal shit show. I have no idea if Kyle will walk because, at this point, it's still up to a jury. He 100% should but juries are weird creatures. I hope he does, not just because he's innocent but because I want the group of exceptional revolutionaries and internet tough guys like Bob to finally chimp out, fuck around, and subsequently find out.
