It's hard to say for sure, especially since his non-Patreon income is essentially gig work and doesn't provide insurance or other benefits, meaning that things like health, dental, and retirement are entirely on him. After Patreon takes it's cut, and he takes the self-employed double whammy from the IRS, I'd say his real income would be closer to ~$2700, just at a somewhat-educated guess. However, gig work is reliant on the gigs themselves, so it tends to be more feast-or-famine than normal employment.

Yes- somewhere else.

There's a few variations on this map, but the trend is pretty clear: even not accounting for things like sales taxes, property taxes, fees, etc. some states have a baseline cost of living that's just higher than others as a function of PPP. Bob could live comfortably by himself on just his hipster welfare if he moved to Oklahoma or South Dakota, but he's too vain and stubborn to ever leave his mom's basement in favor of the company of mayonnaise ghouls. (The fact that blue states are almost universally more difficult to live in and have higher inequality despite being the supposed vanguard of the sooperya fyoocha is a fact that Bob will eternally fail to grasp.)

I know The Twilight Zone has come up in the thread before, most frequently "The Obsolete Man," but the other one that I remember describing Bob, perhaps even better, is "Four O'Clock." Reading these tweets and countless others, it's hard not to view a perfect parallel between him and Oliver Crangle from the episode, constantly deriding others as pure evil and wishing only the worst on them, to the point where they would be removed from society. Yet, as the episode's own ending tells, if Bob got his wish for the evils of the world to meet their comeuppance, he'd quickly find himself targeted.

Just remember, while you were likely having a great time yesterday for Thanksgiving, enjoying good food and good company, Bobbo was consumed by his phone, angrily tweeting the day away while the festivities went on around him. Just remember, even if you didn't have a good day yesterday, your life is probably more fulfilling than Bobby's on the whole. Just remember, at the end of the day, you're not Bob. It wouldn't surprise me. He's always been bad with meeting deadlines unless he was getting a regular check. I think he only updated regularly over the last year because he started out with a buffer and then had to keep it going because he was in danger of losing his place. Now he's lost it, he doesn't have as much incentive to keep on schedule since mommy won't kick him out. And by this point, he's got to realize his channel is dying so he probably feels less and less inclined to work on it.

I reckon that's why he's so upset twitter isn't letting him do paid tweets, he thinks he can shift venues and finally make a living tweeting. I hope twitter does finally give him the option, just so he can get jack shit from it.
