Bob, who's only real job was a short stint at a movie rental shop, thinks people should be sent home and businesses should shut down at the first sign of inclement weather. We still don't fully know what specific triggers it takes for a tornado to form, meaning we can't tell exactly when one forms and how big it's gonna be by licking our finger and sticking it in the air.
