That guy asked a reasonable question about Disney's special status and Bob derailed it into a ramble about "private security" which he seems to think should not be allowed for the proles.
But here's the thing, Disney's deal with Florida is that they actually own the "improvement district" which is effectively a municipality. Disney does not have its own police force, it contracts out to the county, but it can if it wanted to. It did operate the fire department for a while, I don't know if that's still the case. Disney also owns literally every building including the houses for employees who live in the district. There's no real elections, there's no real municipal boards or other things, it's all Disney. And it gets a special tax status. DeSantis and the Florida Republicans were widely mocked when they wrote in an exemption for Disney to their "anti-Big Tech" law last year or whenever.
The common examples of modern company towns are those small ones in California (most famously
Bell and
Vernon) where they're so geographically small (Vernon is literally 5 square miles surrounded by Los Angeles) that all that's in it are industrial districts and city employee's houses, which then elects everyone to the various positions who then always favor the companies and government. But Disney's situation in Florida is a literal company town, it's owned by Disney, they have all government powers. If someone were to somehow buy a house in Disney's territory they can evict the person and claim the property for themselves.
In any case, Disney also maintains a massive private security force, but to arrest someone they have to contact the county police, they just don't have to except that they contracted it out already. (There used to be rumors that this was part of the unspoken deal with Florida, that it would go too far to allow them to operate a police force, but I figure Disney could get away with it these days.) It's not hard to find out about this, but Bob continues to display how he can't even Wiki things:

edit: Also worth noting, Disney pursued this deal with Florida (and IIRC it's why World was built in Florida) because Disneyland couldn't expand due to local governments, it was boxed in by municipalities in California and Disney couldn't convince anyone there to allow them to take them over or get a similar special status.
