Hell Dred Scott was precedent THAT WAS BACKED BY ACTUAL LAW but we overturned that.

People talk about Dred Scott like the Court later had a change of heart and reversed the ruling, and the reason it no longer stands is because we all realized how bad racism is. The fact is the 14th amendment is what nullified Dred Scott, not a later SCOTUS decision.

Yes. Plessy vs Ferguson on the other hand, was actually settled law that the court later when back on and overuled.

It's kind of telling to see Bob and his ilk freaking out about the prospective rollback of Woe v Wade the same way they did about Musk buying Twitter. See, when the Saudi's owned Twitter, they just left the Californian nutjobs do whatever they wanted with the site. People were banned for stating any plain fact that the estate disapproved of. "It's a private company they can do what they want" when suddenly to "Twitter is CRUCIAL TO DEMOCRACY! We need the power to ban everyone who doesn't suck the girldick or people will LICHERALLY DIE". Now that they don't have the ability to ram their ideology down people's throats by control of the platform.
With Roe v Wade, nothing actually stops each state that wants to from instituting an equivalent standard on the state level. Not a lawyer, but I have seen arguments that the ruling was bad because it was an example of legislation from the bench, where the SCOTUS declares a passed law to be bad, and then changes the text of it, essentially passing a law by fiat. It's also an example of what I've seen called the "imperial executive" where the principle that the federal government supersedes the states is used to basically force every state to share the same laws on the book. Degrading states rights and making only the federal elections matter. Again, it's not them losing anything other than total power. If they still could persuade people of their views, they can still get the equivalent law done piecemeal in every state. But lol at Blob being able to persuade anyone to do anything but regard him as repugnant.

Bobby loves abortions because he doesn’t have to have responsibilities with kids because he’s a man child.

Also, he wants to get laid by leftist chicks.
If a woman doesn't have kids, it means she has more time to fuck him and clean up after him.

How he expects to find a woman he deems worthy of his limp dick who is also willing to accept a 41 year old virgin who lives with mommy is a mystery only Bob knows the answer to.

Lets be honest, at no point in any possible reality does Ro v Wade have any impact on Bob. The only vagina Bob will ever touch is the one he came out of. To him the joyful worship of abortion is simply a spectator blood sport.

Oh, god, he's on about his shitty Care Bears movie pitch again. He's waiting for someone to reply to his tweet so he can say "oh yes, I wrote a film pitch with this exact premise!" and show it to them. I feel so sorry for the poor fuck who takes the bait and accidentally ends up reading that abortion.

Nature is old, brutalist apartment complexes and smoke-spewing industrial towers are new. Therefore, progress. Therefore, future. Old things, no matter how good, practical or essential, need to be destroyed and replaced by new things, no matter how trivial, novel or inferior they are. Why have a small village with 100 people farming when you could shove all those people in the first floor of a giant apartment complex to work for minimum wage at various retail outlets?

Bob is one of those retards who watches Bladerunner, thinks the world and aesthetic is cool, and doesn't realize it's actually supposed to be bad.

Don't forget Bob has also talked about "rewilding" everything that isn't a disease-choked urban sprawl so megafauna can be introduced to the nation's interior -- essentially, all the space between the coasts, probably excluding Chicago. Basically, he doesn't give a fuck what you do with the middle of the country so long as the Mayoghoulen are displaced or exterminated. Because he's a fucking insane drunk moron, you see.

This one's gonna be long, ladies and gentlemen...

I've been comparing Moviebob to Adolf Hitler for since 2020 (likely earlier), and this tweet does nothing but strengthen that sentiment.

A leak has reveal that Supreme Court might vote down Roe v Wade. Bobby might live to see another piece of his Superior Future aborted.

OOH! I have "Self-Decriptive Statement" on my Moviebob Bingo card!

Ironic. Moviebob's been on a tirade talking about "the real blame falls on the Trumpsuckers™ and MAGA Trash™" since 2016.

As if! Moviebob has acted like a spoiled toddler since Mommy Hillary was denied her birthright.

If reproductive rights means the right to kill unborn children, then does human rights include the right to kill humans?
News flash, Mr. Branum: The terms reproductive rights and abortion NEVER APPEAR in the U.S. Constitution.

Meanwhile Laura Ingraham of Fox News is incensed about the leak and she wants to find out the party responsible. As you might expect, security of SCOTUS is never Bobby's concern.
Then again, nobody outside Moviebob is worthy of Moviebob's concern.

"A person who was born with a penis is not a woman" sounds pretty much a "settled law" for most people too.
"A person who was born with a penis is not a woman" is grounded in biological science.

On one condition, Bob: Publicize all 33,000 of Führer Hillary Clinton's E-mails are made public. Then you can talk.

Citation needed.

That's called Sharia Law, you twat! If you want to see an actual war against women, live in a nation where Shiite Islamism is theocratic law.

I know I'm taking this out of its intended context, but this sounds like Fuckwit in Chief Biden wants to arm "red state birthing persons" to defend themselves.

Fake women are always the most violent of men...
Um... wasn't Adolf Hitler a supporter of abortion?

And feminists are always the worst misogynists.

A-yup.

Random Curry-American: "America's Far Left want to give us free health care and free child care; America's Far Right want to give us white supremacy and no democracy... we are living in a unspeakably dangerous moment... We may look back at this past week as the pivotal moment, when a petulant and not-so-bright billionaire casually bought the world's most influential messaging machines and just handed it to the Far Right."

How about when Bob Chipman tells you who the good and bad guys are?
Yeah... I'd rather skeptically trust someone whom Moviebob hates that gravely jeopardize my well-being with someone Moviebob supports, thankyouverymuch.

It's also been repeatedly demonstrated that Moviebob hate humanity and would have already become a god space wizard if U.S. citizens had voted for Führer Hillary. But, no, they had to steal the fyuuchaa Bob EARNED.

Yes, it is winnable. And the only way for America to actually win this coming November is to flush every single drop of 2020's Blue Wave down the toilet, making sure never to see, hear, and especially smell it ever again.

Of course not. It's just too bad that, with the election of FiC Biden, we've already come to the cycle where voters are as selfish as Moviebob.

I just got home from work. Have there been any reports of a mass shooting in the Boston area today?
You have to remember that Bob's skill with a gun is without peer. He'd be able to shoot a whole host of people and make it look like a series of unrelated shootings. Never in a million years would he get busted. He can't keep getting away with it! (:_(

Bob is one of those retards who watches Bladerunner, thinks the world and aesthetic is cool, and doesn't realize it's actually supposed to be bad.
I still can't believe he's focused on.... Care Bears.

Of all the 80's nostalgia-filtered cartoons that middle-aged people might reminisce over.... he's obsessed about making a darker and edgier reboot of like, one of the few properties from the era that has kinda been left on the wayside and not given a massive rebooting attempt, like MLP, He-Man, etc. (okay, it's not the only one, I haven't seen Rainbow Brite make a comeback either, but I digress)

Is it knee-jerk "Anything 80's is cool now because retro!" or is it his childhood nostalgia growing in strength as he ages into unhappy permanent failure that makes him get so starry-eyed thinking about when times were better he loses the ability to objectively consider that merch-driven kids animation doesn't mix with, well, anything else? Dunning-Kruger style? I'm sure it's been discussed before and I just don't feel like archive searching to find out why he's uniquely wedded to a premise that, coming out of the mouth of anyone else, would be a joke?

"Power percieved
is power achieved."

He absolutely wrote it that way to try and look dramatic. But I think that's a butchering of "might makes right." At least I think that's what he's trying to mean. Otherwise, it's just more nonsensical Bobert English that doesn't conform to reality. Bob percieves himself to be a man with powerhouse intellect who is on the right side of history. He thinks he will lord over the inferiors. 4,766 pages prove otherwise.

The main thing that caught my eye today, however, was his assertion that he has right merely because he exists. Yet again, here he is liberally taking concepts from the past to suit himself. At the same time mangling the intent and also hypocritically adopting something from the minds of those he claims he's intellectually superior towards.

Obviously he's taken this idea from the Declaration of Independence, it's the one about "unalienable rights." He's ignoring three important parts here. First, this idea was heavily championed by the Founding Fathers, men that he has routinely disparaged for a number of reasons. Second, he ignores the part about "Nature's God" giving these rights to men and not kings or other state entities. For a man who believes the state needs to have immense powers over reality, that's rather telling. That's not even getting into the "sky being" spiel of his. Third, he claims that he has these rights for his mere (pathetic) existence, yet he denies that these same rights apply to many, many others for the most arbitrary reasons. It's a good thing power percieved really isn't power achieved.

Wild guess? It's such an obscure, forgotten franchise Bob genuinely believes he might get some Hollywood interest in his script. Hey, why not take a chance on this bloated Naziesque manchild? It's not like most scripts churned out for this nostalgia baiting garbage are any better.

Makes the same mistake a lot of leftists do..... despite Jefferson saying your rights are "endowed by your [sic] creator" , they think rights are created by the Constitution and can just as simply (if not easily) be removed. We all know that "endowed by their creator" means they exist by virtue of you being an autonomous and sentient being, and that the Constitution merely forces whatever government the US has to recognize this and that any government that did NOT was illegitimate at that point no matter WHAT they wrote down to justify it ex-post facto.

Bob types are either too dumb to get this, or, more likely, being deliberately obtuse when they say that one only has rights at the pleasure of others. Because then they can still think themselves noble and heroic as they argue others be locked up without trials for being the "wrong" kind of person.

They don' get or don't want to admit that holding an opinion and expressing it is an unqualified right independent of further classification of the speaker along racial, social, economic, religious or any other line. They believe whole heartedly that some are more equal than others.

The power perceived/achieved bullshit sounds like the same kind of nonsense Bob was into on that atheist forum he was on, where that one blek dude told his story of how he interacted with Moviebob, wherein Moviebob stated the unequivocal belief that thoughts can shape reality.
In this context it means that any person who thinks they were born in the 'wrong gender body', would be able to become the desired gender by thinking of a way to become that gender (hormones, SRS, Robot Body a la Ghost in the Shell). This is why Bob simps so hard for the troons (as well as thirsting for them because TALL 6'3 WHAMEN FETISH), because to him, the pursuit of troon perfection leads naturally to Robot Bodies with uploaded consciousness.

Makes the same mistake a lot of leftists do..... despite Jefferson saying your rights are "endowed by your [sic] creator" , they think rights are created by the Constitution and can just as simply (if not easily) be removed. Bob gets rights completely backwards. Since he is sure there's no Sky Daddy of any kind, rights naturally can only be enforced/granted by the government. But also, rights are only for Persons/People. Nonpersons/Unpersons/Not A Person-s. Not by Sky Daddy, but by virtue of the Not-Persons believing. Being a Believer ™️ goes against the Holy Soopeeryah Fyootchah and is a rejection of Prophet Walt of Disney and the Book of Epcot, which to Bob is an unforgivable sin which denies him the :lunacy: wheat, jet pack, and mario-skha brain in his Robot body wherein he can have conversations with super-intelligent aliens and play Bing Bing Wahoo forever. Therefore the only way to ensure the Holy Soopeeryah Fyootchah ™️, all who are opposed must be prevented from engaging in the democratic process, and life in general. Maybe even minecrafted. Bob winks at that but we all know how he really feels.

(Also, fucking riddle me this, Bob, what does a ROBOT need with a JET PACK? Shouldn't it have one BUILT IN?!)

"Power perceived
Is power achieved"
What does that even mean? And why did he separate the statement into two lines?
Fun fact! Humans cannot fly. Throw us off a building and we plummet to our deaths. We need devices that are not natural to us to be able to achieve flight. Even if I were to hop in a 747 to fly down to Cancun for my sister's wedding, me a bird that does not make. Cut off my cock, drug me up on drugs, and slam some saline sacks in my chest doesn't make me a woman. Science will never make these people birds nor will it ever make them the opposite sex. The absolute gall on this man. Look how he follows it up with this claim that we've tamed lightning. You dumb asshole. We need giant facilities to create the power of just ONE lighting strike. They are so powerful that we can't even harness them.
We command nothing but a poor replica of what nature does at random, and even that replica can sometimes become unwieldly and turn on us.

Another point of contention with galaxy brain Bob *ahem* THE FIRST "SCIENTIST" DID NOT INVENT FUCKING FIRE! This isn't hubris. This is stupidity but he says it with such assurance and confidence that I could only dream of having.

His little catch phrase he tries to make into a thing at the end I think is just a internet tough guy version of "If you can think it, you can do it!". It achieves at being just as impractical and more dumb.

I lastly wanna say that Brother Alpha trying to throw Institut für Sexualwissenschaft back in that guy's face is not the own he probably believes it is. If you're like me and didn't know what this was allow me to elucidate you.
This institute was in the Weimar republic. You know the Nazi book burnings people like to throw around? It was the library and archives of this place. I had never even heard of this until about a month or two ago when some tranny Bob retweeted talked about the first successful sex reassignment surgery and that it was performed at this place. This place performed human experimentation and did stuff that was not based in science. I can say that quite assuredly because our advanced science still cannot make a working vagina and/or uterus out of a penis. A bunch of commie wackos in the early 1900's would do far, far worse.

According to Bob, my beliefs make me antihuman. Also according to Bob, humans invented fire much like the wheel and Nintendo.

One of Bob's verbose brainfarts is going semi-viral on Twitter. (I say "semi" because as of this posting it has about 700+ likes, which while not all that impressive is miles better than Bob usually gets.) Highly recommend checking it out; lots of dunking on Bob to be found. My favorite so far: the revelation that Bob would go to cons, shuffle into signings obviously hoping to be recognized, then slouching out when it became clear no one was asking for an autograph. Amusing story, but the killer is one reply:
