There was a recent film about Ramanujan called The Man Who Knew Infinity, starring Bobby's darling Dev Petal of Green Knight fame. The Ramanujan film followed on the success of The Theory of Everything, about Stephen Hawking. I doubt Bobby heard of either film.
Upon hearing the name "Ramanujan", he'd be frantically googling through Bollywood looking for actors and directors with that name. I've never seen the slightest indication that Bob has ever at any point in his life known anything about math past first quarter calculus, and I think that at this point in his life he'd struggle with basic algebra.
Given how Bob thinks a McDonalds tray with a calorie count in the thousands is one small meal out of three per day, I’d say he struggles with 1st grade addition.

There's actually a visual reference to the tangent line of a curve here. Granted, it's in a design for the Chipman Brothers podcast so the idea could have come from his engineer brother instead, who definitely would have taken a fair amount of calculus as well as (at least) intro to differential equations and linear algebra. But it's common for university general graduation requirements to go up to and including calc I, so Bob's probably been exposed to the concept as well. Whether he even remembers any of the concepts after 20 years of drinking, diabetes, and basement failure is of course somewhat less certain.
