How will Bob react to seeing the Mario film?

He strikes me as the sort of person who has never been pushed out of his comfort zone. I don't think he's ever had his ideas seriously challenged, or if he has he always has an excuse not to examine them. The tweet above is a perfect example. Charity Not Tweets made a perfectly salient point -- one which, to be fair, has been made over and over again in this very thread, and which has got to be a criticism Bob is aware of -- and instead of engaging it he just said, essentially, "Shut up, filthy right winger, I don't have to pay attention to anything you say!"
This is why Bob will never be the critical social thinker he desperately wants to be. He refuses to even consider how or why the opposite side thinks the way it does. You can tell you won an argument with him when he shuts you down and refuses to respond to your point, because he never thought that far ahead and he quickly realizes he's being outclassed. That's also why he likes to dismiss someone based on some insignificant thing, like anime avatars or a minor grammatical/spelling error, because to him it gives him leeway to leave the conversation (he doesn't realize it makes him look even stupider).

I want to see Bob engage in an actual debate that's not on Twitter so he can't just leave it, but he doesn't have the balls to do that.

Thing is Bob, white men are still where most of the profits come from. America is still 75% white so it makes far more economical sense to cater to white people. Because there's more money to be earned from it.

To put it another way, think of the people most likely to by a comic book. Is it the white male or the black female? My money's on the white male. And that's why Marvel's comic sales are slumping, because they're trying to cater to an audience that doesn't buy their product.

The United States is only 75% white if most Latinos are counted as such, which people like Bob Chipman probably wouldn't do since they want to make "POC" the key demographic for everything. Without that, it's 62%.

I love how because big corporations are pandering to societal trends Bob and co. have become defenders of EA and Marvel Comics.

If he's on the Fearless Girl train, you can add State Street Global Advisors onto that list. It's the third largest asset manager in the world.

In the Superior Future, all Huttesque manbabies will be corporate shills!

They would've defended them anyways because EA and the MCU movies are popular. Bob and co. are the type who believe they're rebels but only buy into mainstream approved ideas. I forgot the term for the kind of people who'd think having neon hair is being rebellious even when you can find housewives doing it nowadays.

This is one of the reasons I laugh when they bring up Latino birthrates as proof whitey's dying off compared to "POC".

I was right. He brings up a family issue, but then glosses over it to bitch about the Escapist firing him.

"Exponentially more often"

I've asked this before but I'll ask again, why not use the blog to espouse your manifestos? It's less of a hassle than using Twitter. It'd still be bullshit but at least it's a platform that allows for it.
It is less of a hassle in terms of character limit. Then again, Twitter allows Bob to connect with various people, some of whom do have threads here.

These "nazis" likely haven't killed any Jews, corralled any gypsies, gassed any homosexuals, or drowned any children with Down's Syndrome. I'm going to pull out the Jew card and say that I'm deeply offended that the American Alt-Right is being compared to a governmental regime that literally -- not metaphorically -- murdered 6 million Jews, some of whom were my direct relatives. It's sickening that people who consider themselves oh so tolerant and oh so morally pure would actively work to downplay an actual genocide by hyperinflating this issue with people they don't agree with politically (and who may be racist, though that's neither here nor there).

Also the Nazis were actually Nazis, as in we were in a war against them. They weren't just saying obnoxious shit. They were shooting at our guys.
Nah, brah.
Randomly punching Richard Spencer while he's standing around in the street is EXACTLY THE SAME as Captain America fighting Nazis during World War 2.
We need to fight intolerant, violent, bigoted Nazis by violently assaulting anyone who even kinda just looks like one and treating Trump supporters as less than human.

People like Bob and others have made the word Nazi meaningless. This is a problem as the crimes that the nazi did in the 30s and 40s are among the most horrible stuff that you can imagine. Committing mass murder on a scale we have never and I hope we will see again.
People like Bob don't know their history or they would never use the word nazi as a slur against their poltical opponents unless they are real nazis.

Moviebob doesn't realize Indiana Jones was not a real person and those movies were fictional.

How about mentioning an actual victim of the Holocaust, then? Like Viktor Frankl, whose most known book mentions that there were decent Nazis (as in more permissive to a degree) and terrible (basically torturers for personal gain) prisioners. Nazis are still human, some stupid, some terrible, some kinda decent. Dehumanizing any person instead of understanding why they might act (have acted) the way they do (did) is just gonna extend the conflict.

and unfortunately, as World War II gets further and further from living memory, this kind of thing will get more common

The general feeling in Jewish communities is that history is essentially short bursts of terrible shit happening to us with long enough periods of peace that most gentiles forget the horror right before the next terrible thing happens.
