Nah, you're probably thinking of the shitbag mayor that refuses to help the good guys because he's a selfish prick. Then he ends up selling them out to the main villain who ends up killing him horribly.

Good luck to the Footless Fuhrer, then. Zoe Quinn blew a book/movie deal due to her dragging her feet writing Crash Override, and Milo actually finished Dangerous before his name became radioactive to publishers. With those misfortunes, I'm half-expecting Bob's computer to spontaneously catch fire before the first draft's done.

As someone who didn't pay any attention to GG while it was happening, I can tell you most normal people aren't gonna give a shit either. I literally do not know anybody else who knows that GG was even a thing.

I remember he said he was going to write a book on video games and the political climate but that was before he was shitcanned from the escapist. Trump was also elected since then which kinda fucks with his world view at the time. He likely just dropped it since he no longer had that easy Escapist job.
