Kojima's feelings of the latest Star Wars does not mean that the movie is suddenly good or anything. Kojima loves movies he even named on of his characters after Roland Emmerich because he likes his movies. Emmerich's movies are not exactly considered the best films either.

Anita is a funny case because she's both has become extremely irrelevant so no one talks about her anymore and if she does become a subject, it's acknowledged that she is a con-artist but it's important to defend her still because not doing that meant "the enemy" had a point about something. It's an open secret that supporting her was a mistake but you can't remove her without undermining the current foundation.
