Seeing the photos of Bob with his niece is just so... weird. Bob is this writhing mass of vitriol and ego, and he's walking hand in hand with his niece; a child still starry-eyed and full of wonder.
It kind of makes me uneasy. The man who can so easily shriek about conservatives being "less evolved" than humans, that the death of disco was basically a subconscious klan rally, can put on the mask of a normal human being and try to appear well adjusted just skeeves me out.
If he wasn't some kind of lumbering diabetic marshmallow, I'd honestly put money on there being human bones buried under that basement somewhere.

I did a quick search after it happened and I think he's another nobody critic. My only interaction with him before the block was him telling me "I honestly can't tell if you're a Poe" after posting one of Bob's death bot posts and the block was his reaction to me asking if I did something wrong. I still don't know how poe's law applies.

Needless to say it's a ridiculous opinion from so-called "academics," too. It wasn't during the period when disco was mostly associated with black artists that it became hated, but when nearly every goddamn white rock band started doing it, too. Everyone from the Rolling Stones to David Bowie to even fucking Pink Floyd did at least one disco-influenced track.
