Conker is owned by Rare, and thus Microsoft. He's also best known for being a foul mouthed fucker. This isn't like Bayonetta or Snake where the game is M but the character can be family friendly.

This wouldn't be a terrible idea... IF Konami wasn't fucking idiot right now.
48.Rygar from Rygar NES
47.Birdo from Super Mario Bros. 2
Rygar is an obscure mediocre game. Both he and Birdo are nothing characters. No moveset potential at all.
46.Joanna Dark from Perfect Dark
Owned by Microsoft. Also really not much to make a move set out of.
45.Nester from Nintendo Power
A character defined by being terrible at games, from nintendo's defunct magazine, not used since the 90s.
44.Stanley the Bugman from Donkey Kong 3
Literally already part of Game and Watch.

Microsoft.
42.Nintendo Labo Robot
(He thinks it's gonna be a big hit.)

The Labo Robot could work as an assist trophy. Starfy already is one. Neither makes sense as a full character, especially with ROB in game.

Sonic Clone.
39.Master Higgins from Adventure Island
The company that owns him is literally defunct, and the series was dead since the 90s.
38.Captian Syrup from the Wario Land Shake It
Assist Trophy, sure.

Diddy Kong has a jetpack. Jetpack is an item in the game. Sparkster was also fun but utterly forgettable.
