He's done copious amounts of PED's throughout his life, got into tons of fights backstage in the WWE, got Shelly Martinez fired for disagreeing with him, allegedly had an affair with Melina Perez while she was still dating John Morrison and is confirmed to have had cheated on his wife while she was battling cancer.

Given the fact that he has an out of control case of diabetes, he likely wouldn't be able to survive a single dose let alone an entire cycle. Steroids can have a serious effect on your blood sugar, and it can even induce diabetes if you don't already have it.
