Damn. For once I agree with Bob as the left doing such a packing scheme would only lead to the right doing the same in turn. While it might be hilarious to see a 21 member SCOTUS, it would be better for the other branches to assert their balancing powers. Really, Linkara, you should know better. (Does twitter just melt brains?)
Of course it would be even BETTER for the SCOTUS to not have been given so much power in the first place but then the left was warned about that in the past too.

Very few doctors and women, including those who administered or underwent abortion, truly believe that a human embryo is a mere clump of cells (much less a "hypothetical" one). They justify abortion by rationalizing that the health and well-being of the mother sometimes trumps that of the future child, not by dismissing the conceptus as something you can just throw in the garbage can.

Did he delete it because he realised how it looks is him saying 'oh hey grieving woman who lost her 10 week old baby it was JUST A FETUS and stop CRYING because it was JUST A FETUS and therefore had no value to anyone!' And that maybe that comes across as him being a crass asshole who doesn't know anything about the connections and emotions around pregnancy?
Because equating someone's raw, genuine feelings that a tiny baby fetus has a soul or is a person to a mythical creature seems like something a dickhead, fat middle aged man with no friends who thinks he's somehow smarter than 'all them bible bumpers in the flyover states' would do and wouldn't you know? Bob in a nutshell.
I guess that thing that gets me over this fetus debate is that the left side loves to go on about SCIENCE OVER FEELS, and that Christians are being irrational about thinking unborn babies are people cuz 'fetuses aren't people! They don't feel pain etc etc' but on the same hand will turn around and scream about hurting someone's feelings over a made up pronoun that doesn't exist in our language or defending gender special pseudoscience that isn't proven.

Meanwhile, I can assure you there are a number of lefty judges just ripe for being hammered under 18 USC 241-242. By all means, Bob, throw us in that there briar patch.
