Honestly-
No.
If he does, he likely spends his time hunched over his phone composing his latest Tweet.
These 2 tweets are arguably the same problem.
First, automation kills off jobs that are simple and require a lot of repetition. Which are usually low IQ jobs. I doubt Jordan Peterson has many fans here, but he's done lectures on the topic. One depressing bit of trivia he brings up is that it's illegal for the army to induct anyone with an IQ below 83 because at that point there is no job they can do where they won't be counter productive. The depressing part is that in the US that's 10% of people.
Second, Bob assumes IQ tests is racist and classist. Why? Only Bob can answer, but based on his tweets I'm guessing he assumes intelligence = worth. This is a dangerous road to go down because it means that some races and people are considered "superior" or "inferior", "valuable" or "worthless", or you could say "obsolete".
This is also a problem because IQ seems to be, in part, genetic. There is no known way to raise IQ. Though it can be lowered by head injury or exposure to Bob's twitter (obvious joke). Certain races and communities score higher for average IQ than others. This is not a problem unless you believe that IQ = worth.
If Bob had been IQ tested and he scored highly, he'd brag about it nonstop. I'm guessing he's not been tested or he has and scored low. That could be why he hates it.
And that first person was probably a scam artist.
