I didn't think of his beetus. I just assumed he didn't sleep before the trip, or took the stairs 1 to many times. It didn't stop him tweeting the whole day, so it could be Twitter rage making him burst a blood vessel.

Bobs has very irregular sleeping habits and might suffer from insomnia, combined with his obvious anger management problems, deeper psychological issues and the betus and he's going to be in very poor health. If he's forced to exert himself I'm genuinely not surprised he's really struggling.
