Someone should tell Bob that calling Japanese people "shortsighted morons" is a racist dog-whistle

Does this mean Bob is no longer a weeb?
It's almost as if leftists like Bobby here cater for fantasy over reali- Oh wait!He would probably praise it as someone giving a kid a "Dose of reality" or "Helping him mature and learn how the real world is" as if someone is elevating that child's intelect in some sort of way.
Imagine thinking that Killmonger and Kylo-ren are good anti-heroes in the first place. They're whiny psychopaths with daddy issues.
Still amazes me that people look up to him as some sort of legitimate critic, when he's just a hack.I hope not. He has the hottest of the takes on Dragon Ball Zed. I'm afraid my brain hasn't swollen up to Bob's size, possibly because I don't ingest nearly as many nitrates, so this just goes right over my head.

>Bobby speaks about masculinity
>lol
Well if you want a fantastic Anti-Hero, one would probably would have thought of Frank Castle(aka The Punisher) or Guts from Berserk, but one is one that right-wing dudebros like, so cannot use that and the second isn't mainstream enough to want to use according to Bob. Then again, those are just my opinions but if you needed me to, I could back up my claims on why these characters fit the Anti-Heroic template to a t.
I didn't mention this before, but I love his house boat tweet. I can picture him now, sitting on the rear deck in yellowed underpants drinking juice from a tin cup, Princes Peach dakimakura beside him while the little folding camping chair he sits on preys for death. His face contorted into a permanent scowl as he curses the simpletons on the mainland for ignoring him, the personification of the superior future. Then he gets up to empty the chemical toilet...
Yeah, as much as Marvel sucks every kind of dick these days, and as hit and miss (mostly miss) his stories have been, the concept of Magneto has always been one of the best villain archetypes in comic history, being a holocaust survivor who lost everything and is now willing to do absolutely anything to make his people are strong enough to ensure history doesnt repeat itself, to the point of just straight up considering his people entirely removed (and superior) to humanity and justified in any atrocity against this "lesser race" in a sad echo of what was done to him and his familyImagine thinking that Killmonger and Kylo-ren are good anti-heroes in the first place. They're whiny psychopaths with daddy issues.
Do people like Shaun, Bob, and the guy's replying to the tweet actively want more people to dislike the movie than there already are, because reading comments like this, I can't help but think that either a). yes they do, or b). they're too stupid/arrogant to realize that they're probably doing just that. Now like I've said before, I don't feel strongly one way or another about the film, but if there was a controversial film I enjoyed and I wanted people to understand my POV (which I'm going to assume Shaun, Bob et. al. want), I wouldn't go around acting like a smug prick about my opinions lest I alienate others into refusing to hear any arguments in its favor. Not Bob per say. He did re-tweet this but the replies are what makes it funny.

There have been Neo-Nazis in America ever since the end of WWII, and we've always let them speak their minds. Hell, George Lincoln Rockwell even gave a speech at Berkeley, which would be completely untenable today for obvious reasons. So if they're so persuasive, why haven't they taken over our government by this point and recruited more than a minuscule fraction of our populace to their ranks? But who needs logic and a solid grasp of history when you've bought hook line and sinker into the current Brown Scare moral panic being pushed by academia, the mainstream media, and left-wing Twitter in an attempt to justify a crackdown on civil liberties and silence those who dare speak out against their narrative. After all, when you tear out a man's tongue, you are not proving him a liar: you're only telling the world that you fear what he might say. Plus when Bob says his hateful rhetoric should be exempt from the limitations on free expression he supports, he's essentially admitting that Hitler did nothing wrong except target the wrong people, that his narrative is correct and should not be questioned and he shouldn't be held to the same standards as those damn dirty peasants. No bad tactics...

The problem is that bob is confusing the antihero and the antivillain... And is still using the latter wrongAnti-heroes, by definition, are simply hero characters that lack the classical heroic traits-things like idealism and morality. That doesn't mean they need to have the opposite of those traits, the anti-hero type fits perfectly well for a "punch clock hero" who does it because it's a job for him, but the big point is the anti-hero is still a HERO, and the fact that Bob is trying to turn straight villains into anti-heroes just highlights how little he knows about storytelling.
Now I dont know how Kylo ends up being in the new Star Wars, I havent watched a second of it, but I have seen Black Panther and Kilmonger was about as far on the villain side as one could be. His plan was armed violent rebellion that would result in thousands, possibly millions of innocent people dead as collateral damage. His motivations might seem sympathetic but even the most bloody of anti-heroes tend to only make corpses of the people who shot at them first.

Probably explains why Blobbenfuhrer doesnt bring him up, since his own personal narrative on his life and his "mission" reads like the most hilariously pathetic retelling of this shit imaginable, with him being a high school bullying survivor who lost his dignity and is now willing to whine about absolutely everything to make his SOOPERRYA FYOOTYA people be the only ones allowed to vote or speak without censorship and ensure that history doesn't repeat itself, to the point of straight up declaring "his" people entirely removed (and infinitely superior....somehow) from all those damn dirty subhuman wasteland/gamer bros and justified in straight up mass disenfranchisement, censorship, authoritarianism, and flat out genocide against them for not agreeing with him on twitter, in what can only be seen as utter vindication of every chad and nerd and school janitor who ever beat his ass into the ground during his youth.
Well Shaun I'm delighted when my tiny nephews take the time to explain things they're passionate about, so take the time to listen because it's important to them even if I personally don't give a single shit about buzz lightyear and I'm always happy to have a conversation with people simply because alternative perspectives are stimulating, even if it's dumb. But then again what can be said of a man who took cinema sins as legitimate critique which needed rebuffing?
I'm no really sure. Since they own the videos, I imagine someone would acquire their content and upload them as archives. That reminds me. If The Escapist loses it's lawsuit, what are the plans (if any) for archiving Bob's videos?
A professional media critic suggests that "villain with relatable motivation" comes from Dragonball.
Probably explains why Blobbenfuhrer doesnt bring him up
