So, here's something that occurs to me...

As stated in there is something I've also heard before: YouTube
constantly loses money
. In fact, judging by the tiny bit of research I've done on it, it looks like youTube is in no position to turn a profit for decades.
You think about something everyone is racing to, but which is unsustainable and operating at a loss and one word comes to mind: Bubble.
Remember the last tech bubble we had?
Which brings it all back to a riddle: What if YouTube's bubble pops? Remember how much Bob bragged about how hard he worked to be a relevant human being in the new economy etc etc? So what happens if that bubble pops? What happens if Bob's professional foundation is built on sand? Would we get the chance to see it?
And which would you bet on dying first? Bob? Or his career?
EDIT: Whoops, forgot to put in: What just happened on YouTube? Another adpocalypse. How many more of those do you think the platform can stand before popping?
