Frankly, I have no idea what he's doing here. If Bob wants to write the script for some kind of B movie then he should just do it. Write the script, have some people look over it, and then go around trying to sell it to producers. He doesn't need money now to start writing. The written word is the one artistic medium that has the lowest barrier to entry. Literally all he has to do is get a computer and start typing. He doesn't even need to buy Microsoft Office; just use Google Docs or Open Office. Hell, he could even just buy a 90 cent notebook and some pencils (though that would probably make editing harder).

Well, there was his book Brick by Brick, and his Game Overthinker series.
And I think that's why he would never kickstart these ideas or make them in his free time. He has no friends to help him out, that's why Game Overthinker was just him fighting himself. His understanding of special effects is basic at best. He can't even get the green screen on his review show to work right despite people telling him how to fix it.
But more importantly, he's really bad at it. Everyone starts out sucking at what they want to do, but get better as they learn and practice. But Bob hasn't got better. His shitty student film is the same quality as his shitty youtube series.
If he actually made these films, it would mean Bob would have to face to face with the possibility of failure and mockery. By forever being the ideas guy, he gets to play the oppressed, misunderstood creative genius. "Shark Virus would have been the next Sharknado but people ignored my genius!".
Bob keeps saying that huge rant about how Trump took away the future he was owed, and he'd have a robot body by now was just a joke. It's essentially nothing more than his poor attempt at defending himself from criticism. He pretends he either didn't say it or says he was joking, it was satire, it was a hyperbole or you're just taking him out of context.
It amazes me that Bob is somehow smart enough to know that he should deny the fact that he's said horrendous shit because he either somewhat understands how horrible his opinions truly are or he just is incapable of actually mounting a serious defense of these positions.
However, he's still not smart enough to know that he shouldn't say this horrendous shit in the first place so it wouldn't be attached to his name.
