It is unusual now I think about it, but what cards does he have to play? His diabetes? Maybe his fetishes?
Bob pretending to care about book burnings is laughable. He was one of the driving forces along with Jim Sterling and Kotaku that succeeded in preventing a Dead or Alive game from being released. Given the chance, Bob would erase every game outside of the Nintendo canon (and even a few within it) that was released after Genesis.

I know! I expected him to rage as much as any other hack reviewer who are screaming how the movie is aimed at Trump fans and how it's offensive for showing Cartels as pieces of human garbage.
That was my point. Those are the closest thing to oppression points he has, but they barely count on the progressive stack. I remember BDSM being worth a few points a while back (kinkshaming) but outside a few cringy Tweets and mentions of She-Wolf of the SS, there's nothing really there for him to qualify without straight up lying.
I don't know enough about teh gay dating culture to rate this optimistic, but that's my first instinct. Over in the Quinton Reviews thread we discussed both how Quinton is probably a closet case and is not an attractive man, but he's a veritable Adonis compared to the misshapen lump of flesh that is Bob Chipman. The only way I could see Bob getting gay hookups is with men as ugly as him, which I think he'd be far too vain to do. Then again, maybe the gay scene really is that full of desperate guys, IDK.
There was a theory put forward a while ago that Bob occasionally reads this thread and will deliberately avoid talking about things we predict he'll talk about, if he can manage to restrain himself.

The Brawndo subplot is at the very least parodying capitalism. But that's just a subplot. The "dumber people are out baby-making smart people and making the world dumber" theme is far more prevalent.
