It's interesting to wonder if e.g. CWC might have turned out different if he'd been raised in a better environment, or what kind of artist Dobson would be if he really made an effort to improve himself. By contrast, I think Bob is, in a way, fairly self-actualized, in the sense that he has no wasted potential. Writing edgy Care Bears self-insert fanfiction about killing God is probably the best allocation of his talents, and he is, if anything, more successful than it makes sense for him to be. What we have is the best version of MovieBob that could be hoped for.
MovieBob is a successful Jake Alley that didn't swallow the troonpill and isn't camera-shy. I suspect siblings and positive male influences probably helped there.

You'd think Bob could keep his stupid backpedaling straight. One minute he's totally trolling, the next minute, he's just trying to discuss things in good faith and is oh so nice all the time. Faerun/Forgotten Realms may be that, but Pathfinder's Golarion is all over the place. Eberon is pulp noir in a magic 1930s. Dark Sun is a post-apocalyptic desert wasteland. Spelljammer is magic spaceships. Ravenloft is gothic horror gumbo.
With MtG, the primary threat is basically HR Geiger combined with Lovecraft. This is basically stuff.

The core of the entire west is built around europeans and their varied beliefs. The entire concept of a Republic started in Greece and later Rome. Things like managing resources and being self sufficient are a big part of a country who values Independence.
You wanna know what causes populations and countries to fail? Becoming so dependent on handouts or outside powers for long periods of time that you lose the means of thinking long term(because it's never your problem), maintaining whats yours(because you didn't pay for it so why should you take care of it?), and any and all investment in the country and society as a whole.

It might be really surprising to hear but not everyone here wants to read a 2500 page about Bob. There is quite a bit of nothing going on in a lot of the thread so people usually check in every once in a while.
