You don't get it this is ROBERT CHIPMAN we are talking about here. The modern day Ubermensch, the vanguard of the SUPERIOR FUTURE. Even if you disagree with him due to your low intelligence you still need to acknowledge his presence when he directs an insulting snarky tweet your way. Shaun blocking him is the equivalent of renouncing your faith before the Pope himself. Bobs ego demands that he be listened too by his supporters and enemies alike, and to shun the prophet of the Superior Future is the worst crime of all. Even if you stood naked in the snow for three days outside his basement Bob would never forgive you for daring to block him on Twitter.

I dunno what Robert was expecting. I know I shouldn't, but i can't help to always be a little surprised whenever Robert starts sobbing when he gets blocked by one of his "mutuals" as he likes to put it. I don't follow many cowns anymore, but I can't think of a single one that does this pathetic display, acting upset when people don't want to be your twitter friend.
Not to say that this Shaun guy pretty much told him to fuck off and yet Robert still goes and tries to squeeze in his stupid takes on other's feeds.
I saw the anime avatar tweet about how the lefties like Shaun hate Robert because lardo here never denounced capitalism, but I don't think that is the issue here. It's such a weird thing to say. Coming from an autist, "learn how to read the room" comes off as a cargo-cult imitation of neurotypicality. By telling someone else "learn how to read the room", you are insinuating that you already know how to do so. It reminds me of how Chris-chan claims to have empathy but literally doesn't even know what that means.

These people helped make the toxic position of "everyone who disagrees with us on any issue or says things our clique have arbetraily deemed problematic is a disgusting subhuman nazi who deserves to be violently silenced and have their lives destroyed in perpetuity" fashionable in their shitty sphere of the internet, and yet when bob simply takes this shit to the logical extreme demanded by such alarmist extremes, they recoil and disown him despite having effectively been saying and adcovating the exact same shit, only with a "LOLSOSNARKY" angle.

After a quick read on Wikipedia, I think he felt the need to emphasize being a small T technocrat because there was a small-ish movement and at least one political party during the Great Depression calling itself that. From what I know of that period, fascism was the hip and popular thing all around the world, so the movement was probably fascist-adjacent, as Blob likes to call his enemies.

Well he just celebrated The Muppet Movie defeated Andrei Tarkovsky's Stalker in some random Twitter movie contest.
I wish to believe he's joking considering how erratic the tweet is about it but that's real smugness.
May I add: "Stalker" is probably as close as Tarkovsky's going to get to a "low brow" film and is incredibly entertaining, but on artsy terms is mostly a sci-fi rump (with fascinating world building and masterful direction than makes up for a lack of special effects to give a serious alien atmosphere) and doesn't get "morally challenging" until the last 30 minutes with some sprinkles the 30 before that, but it is hardly the high brow from Tarkovsky's "Ivan's Childhood", which, I admit to not like as much.
What I'm trying to say is that is super easy to "get" like, on the first try, if you have trouble "getting" Stalker you are truly an idiot.
Oh, yeah! I forgot, but Tarkovsky and his main actor died due to the filming of this movie, so you get to see Bobby to spit on their graves as well.

You're putting more thought into it than Bob ever did. He's a "small t" Technocrat for two reasons: Technocracy (government by experts, a term used frequently to describe the governance model of the EU and commonly espoused by the Democrat establishment stateside) is a political model that appeals to the ego of every self-convinced genius like Bob, so naturally that's where his preferences align.
However, since he's trying to cozy up to lefty twitter and they hate technocracy (both because most of them fail in an actual meritocracy and because technocracies usually corrupt what makes someone an "expert"), he's borrowing the "small L" libertarian argument to distance himself from the "bad stuff" they associate with technocracy while still getting to say he should be in charge.

We've had one famous example of government by 'technocrats'. Robert MacNamara and his "whiz kids" approach towards running the Defense Department and conducting a war. The result was called Vietnam, and it was pretty notably not a success.
