Remember people Bob's from Bahston and he fights...from his alt accountHahahah.
By the way, Robert is taking this snipe at his alt account when Jay Oliva was responding to his main one. And not even @ing, so he doesn't get the heat when Oliva comes back to smack him again.
Bahston tough guy everybody! He takes down the alt-right, but also needs his internet hugs!
Bob used to be relatively prominent. He got the coveted Blue Checkmark on his YouTube and Twitter accounts; those aren't given out for nothing. But he ended up #Canceling himself- not through being a sexist or a racist, but through being an asshole. His videos barely break 10k views and he plays second fiddle to Yahtzee. He refused to adapt to the times when it came to video production, and he simped for women who wouldn't even give him the time of day (and one of whom was a literal whore). And his asshole attitude became ever more prevalent until he became the bloated lolcow we know and love to hate. He is so low at this point that all that can be done to him are taking away his Blue Checks and reelecting Trump."Cancel culture isn't real"
Oh, Bob, you poor deluded fatass. God's wheel grinds slowly but it grinds finely and one day you'll be canceled too.
If he ever becomes prominent enough to be worth canceling.
That goes really well with Robert’s policy on Poland.Worse, he didn’t have enough shame to take the photo with just a human-sized portion on the plate, then pile it high later. After the McDonald’s tweet, we can be pretty sure he thinks this is a normal portion. I’ve said it before, but this is a plate fixed by a manchild who’s too lazy to get up for seconds.
Point of fact: Approximately 99.9% of observant Jews voted for Trump and they are one of his largest donor bases. So Bob is, in effect, calling for millions of Jews to be exterminated.
Jesus he looks like a super queer in that suit.
That's an insult to gay people.Jesus he looks like a super queer in that suit.
Nuclear take, Bob. Now do Joker.
Hearing that Podcast was kinda surreal if it was true, that Bob thinks there's another dimension out there populated by video game characters engaged in an epic war with each other and he has to carry the torch for Nintendo is Chris-Chan Dimensional Merge level insanity. And it kinda shows how much he hasn't changed since day one, he's still a hateful person who sees life as somekind of epic battle for the future where his side are the morally right Good Guys while the other side are the pure evil Bad Guys. The only thing that has changed are the names: Nintendo Nerds/FPS Dudebros, Games journalists/Gamergaters, Hillary/Trump, Intellects/Wasteland ghouls, Biden/Trump. His targets change but the rhetoric stays the same, his view on Marcus, a fictional character from Gears of War, is no different than his view on Trump, the real-life President. Just a target for his rage and anger. Here is the podcast, it starts at 1:12
Bob seems to hold the thought that when the SUPERIOR FUTURE happens he will be rewarded for being a cheerleader and the elites will reward him with a position as a member of the Thought Police dishing out brutal punishment to his former enemies. That's why Bobs authoritarian fantasy's are so insane, he doesn't see himself as the ruler of society or a prominent member of the Inner Party, he sees himself as an attack dog of the Party or the voice spewing propaganda on the Telescreens. He thinks he will become the next O'Brien or Squealer when in reality he would be a Parsons, a drunken Prole rambling in the bar, or dead in a ditch somewhere because even the Party got tired of listening to him babble. What I find most striking is that Bob believes that he is in a position to inflict said humiliations. He is so engrossed in this fantasy that he is part of a technocratic elite that are entitled to an iron grip on power that he cannot see the world for what it is. The toxic public discourse he has helped foment has made it so that regular people (not poli-spergs like him) hold their opinions close to their chest and only make them known when it comes to pull the lever. His side are the ones who have lost the script, and Bob has more likely HELPED Trump because of his repulsive attitude. No one in their right mind would give him a modicum of power over them.
in reality he would be a Parsons, a drunken Prole rambling in the bar, or dead in a ditch somewhere because even the Party got tired of listening to him babble.
Also speaking of the Civil War. What the fuck both sides were "Committing Terrorism". Sherman's Total War was a version of it. The Confederates tried it in the north, but by and large were just kept out of the North. Its how you win a war you fat idiot.
I hate when people don't think that something can be fantastical and even straight out kitschy, and not be serious or dark. Not everything needs to be Marvel quipfests.More about Batman:

If something is already lighthearted, it should remain lighthearted; if something isn't (such as Paradise Lost), then it need to be made lighthearted with the addition of Care Bears.
Just out of curiosity, are those just pictures of covers of Batman floppies from the internet or of books that Bob actually owns (it's hard to tell due to how the images are cropped)? I'm just trying to think about how I would react if I was in Bob's shoes. If I was to make a response like this I would probably just take a picture of the trade paperbacks I own.View attachment 1541106
Batman can only be silly because Bob Chipman says so! Like I said before...Blob isn't going to like a Batman movie no matter what. If it had a lighter tone I'm sure he'd accuse it of copying the MCU.
Batman started dark, and barring the two-ish decades that compose the Silver Age (50s-60s) he's been pretty dark for most of that time. The 60's wasn't even over before they started taking Bats back to his roots (well, not quite as far as giving him his gun back) but by the O'Neill-Adams run in the 70s he was fully past the goofy Silver Age stuff. He didn't read any of those.
He just googled random silver age and 50s era covers to use as pictures to pretend he read any of them. What a fat lying baby who can't accept that Batman started dark (Batman actually originally killed people in his earliest appearances), and is usually dark.
I’ve always got the feeling that people like Bob experience a sort of second-hand embarrassment with superhero properties taking themselves seriously. As if in order to fully enjoy them, the movies must engage in self-mocking displays of camp (which, to be fair, was used to great effect in movies like Deadpool and The LEGO Batman Movie) that constantly reassure the audience “You’re not a geek! You’re not a geek! You’re not a geek!” and rob the film of any gravitas and sincerity. This video goes into greater detail about what I’m talking about and uses Wonder Woman as an example of the opposite (the film has its issues but it does get at least one thing right as he says):I hate when people don't think that something can be fantastical and even straight out kitschy, and not be serious or dark. There is such a thing as being overly self serious, but even humorless dreck like Batman v. Superman isn't bad because it super serious and grim dark. Its bad because those elements combined with bad writing and atrocious pacing make it a slog to sit through.
Bob has the inteligence of a 40 year old washed up man child. Then again his favorite game is Super Mario bros 3 a game that hasn't been relevant in 29 years except for retro gamers going "back in my day games didn't suck" and hard core gamers who play "good games old and new". Guess what he is. Then again he wants to be Mario to the point he made a book about him and Mario 3 and a web series homage of Mario with fat ninjas.Bob takes serious superhero movies as a personal insult against his intelligence and lack of culture, suggesting he’s devoted his life to the most frivolous, worthless shit imaginable. Whaddaya know, this is 100% accurate.
Lol not sure if I ever PL’d and admitted here that SMB3 for NES is my favorite game ever. It was a birthday gift after months of renting it from the video store and I just have happy memories of playing it with my (jock) friends during summer break in high school. The last contemporary game I played was Croc 2: Legend of the Gobbos (for PC) in the late 1990s, which tells you how much of a gamer I am (or rather am not). Bob’s pay grade, even though it’s low, should require him to have better taste than some rando non-gamer.Bob has the inteligence of a 40 year old washed up man child. I'm honestly thankful that i don't watch mainstream movies anymore. The video hits the nail in the head in the fact that those movies are constantly taking away the seriousness out of themselves. My brother once showed me this scene in Thore Ragnarok where Thor is imprisioned in the arena and Loki goes to visit him. I expected Thor to be angry and lash out of him, or at least be cold and distant, but instead he treats it as if it's the most normal thing in the world. Or when Asgard gets nuked into oblivion to destroy Hel and everyone gets amazed at the explosion except one guy that says "Well, that's it. We got nothing to work with". Anyone would expect in this last moment that everyone was devastated by the loss of their homeland forever and have Thor deliver a rousing speech or at least some form of reassurance for everyone's future. But no.I’ve always got the feeling that people like Bob experience a sort of second-hand embarrassment with superhero properties taking themselves seriously. I think that nearly everyone here has better taste than Bob at playing games tbh. But i think it's mostly because Bob doesn't leave his niche and doesn't play other things. You think he ever heard of Conker's Bad Fur Day? Might he have ever gave Devil May Cry a try? And let's not even say semi obscure or niche titles like Advance Wars, Rimworld or Xcom.Bob’s pay grade, even though it’s low, should require him to have better taste than some rando non-gamer.
