Police actually stopped a mass shooter for once, I have a question if you are a planning a mass shooting why go out of your way to attract attention of security and force yourself inside event with weapons in your car? Is this a case of fetal alcohol syndrome?

Was he actively planning a shooting or do they suspect from the stuff in his car? Either way the fact that he did something to get searched and arrested in the first place is already a strike or two against him. Unless i'm missing something like random car searches or something.
