Notice: Keller says "The report, through no fault of the state police, was submitted late to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office." So if we compare the fact that
West Virginia has no statute of limitations for Felonies... How did the report come late?
So you have an arrest warrant saying they have the evidence... A secret recording of Prosecutor telling a Judge there is "no mention of a 2nd Search warrant" and the arrest warrant they would not give me, showing he lied. A transcript where a prosecutor says they didn't get the report in time, so they are dismissing the charge the because it wasn't delivered in time.
Funny thing is... You wouldn't answer my questions when I exposed BS last time and won't address the facts now. Why? Because, you are literally, Phil Elmore and Don Roley are literally, defending criminal cops, who are protecting Child traffickers. Quite... What's more is that, while everyone wants to poke at me for the charge, my charge was dismissed in essence due to "lack of evidence" and, yet... Everyone is making excuses for the Police letting a literal Child Rapist out for wearing a wire on someone. Literally, shows you that cops lied on a warrant, was literally covered up by an Assistant Prosecutor and, literally shows it was concealed by Prosecutor with falsified evidence.
My question is this, whether you believe I am a creep or not, how can anyone see those facts and not question the police intent? What are they covering up, lying to a judge... falsifying warrants... falsely arresting someone..?
