Well, the post said those analyses haven't aged well.
They weren't good back then either. None of this is accurate, 70-90% of RWBY exists purely as people's headcanon.

Like fuck, come on. Nothing about her backstory makes sense or is even remotely thought out. If I didn't know they were serious, I would have thought this was a mocking parody of 99% of Harry Potter backstory fanfics.
It's Cinderella as written by retards.

Current drama.
Guy gets accused of botting a twitter poll. Goes on an hour+ rant about how toxic the FNDM has been to him, including accusing him of being a homophobe for liking straight ships and throwing shade at his fanworks. Calls out specific people harassing him.

Not enough lesbian sex scenes TBH. Had Miles written in a couple dozen more where Jaune is watching from the sidelines, the series would have saved Rooster teeth from shuttering, but you get how bigoted they are and all that.
I don't know if this is a common opinion, but it drives me crazy that out of the 6 possible lesbian ships between RWBY (5 really, since they wouldn't do incest) they chose the one that made the least sense and had the least chemistry. They could have convinced people on Ruby and Weiss. It wouldn't be too difficult to write that relationship. But shipping the two characters who both had male love interests, histories of relationships with men, and no pre-established relationship dynamic was so bone-headed it had to be nothing other than appealing to braindead shippers.

You forgot to mention that Blake turned down someone in a previous season because she was a woman and Blake wasn't a lesbian (yet).

These are scenes and models Monty was working on before he died, archiving here for posterity's sake:

This was supposed to be the original fight between Yang and Adam before it was pushed to volume 6, certain moves in the final product were actually lifted from here (If I recall correctly, this was leaked prior to said volume's release, but still)

More animation that didn't make it into volume 3, contains a snippet of Pyrrha's original death scene and a rematch between Yang and Neo, among other things

Unfinished model for a character called Venus Adel who was gonna be on Team RAVN (Raven was originally supposed to have her own team, it seems)

Extra: Scrapped RvB fight
