I stopped watching RWBY when the writers made Ironwood right. Then Ruby proves his paranoia right AGAIN in front of his fucking face, enabling his descent into madness, all because they trusted a terrorist with no redeeming values who pretended to be Robin Hood who was more an anti-government wacko than anything. Even though Ironwood gifted Yang her metallic arm, for one.
It was frustrating to see this potential not only being squandered, but also seeing the writing getting worse as the usual SJW corruption symptoms began to manifest, one by one, culminating with the death of the work and the writers blaming the customers, but of course.

The fact that it seems Rubes dies because of Yang not being here for her is peak (also, I liked how Blake got an ugly hairstyle the following season she got together with Yang, because sexy lesbians trigger the male gaze and we can't have that).

Robin Hood who was more an anti-government wacko than anything
Which is extra sad because people who've actually read Robin Hood know that he was an outlaw specifically because he was a god damn patriot who supported his true and rightful king. He wasn't stealing from the rich and giving to the poor, he was stealing the Crown's own money back from the corrupt sheriff of Nottingham in order to pay King Richard's ransom and prevent a coup by Richard's brother.

The thing that makes Robin noble is that he chooses to fight instead of join with those who have deposed the rightful king and have oppressed the poor. From the Erroll Flynn movie:

Robin: I have no stomach for traitors.
Prince John: You call me traitor?
Robin: You? Yes. And every man here who offers you allegiance. What else do you call a man who takes advantage of the king's misfortune to seize his power? And now with the help of this sweet band of cutthroats, you'll try to grind a ransom for him out of every helpless Saxon. A ransom that will be used not to release Richard, but to buy your way to the throne.
Sir Guy: Let me ram those words down his throat, your highness!
Prince John: Oh, no. Later. Let him spout for the moment. And what do you propose to do?
Robin: I'll organize revolt. Exact a death for a death. And I'll never rest until every Saxon in this Shire can stand up free men, and strike a blow for Richard and England.
Prince John: Have you finished?!
Robin: I'm only just beginning. From this night on, I use every means of my power to fight you.

The episode consists of a greenhouse/farm that’s a Schnee Dust Company subsidiary being attacked (heavily implied to be thanks to a hack by Watts), and our heroes investigating. At SDC headquarters, we get a conversation with Weiss and Whitley. Also, Roman and Neo are found to no longer be in their room, having assumed the guises of guards to stage an escape.

In this episode, we get Ironwood looking into Roman and Neo’s escape, questioning Ruby if she ever considered that Roman wasn’t a changed man and was still the same criminal even with Ozpin . In Mantle, Neon talks about how being in the Vytal Festival was a big deal for Faunus in Atlas though Blake disagrees. We get more Happy Huntresses and how they serve Mantle with it being under Robyn’s protection in regards to her council position. Finally , we get Robyn meeting with Cinder in regards to getting help in regards to the well being of Mantle since companies and militaries in Atlas make it seem like things are stacked against her.
