In another attempt to make RWBY a bigger franchise and make First worth getting, RT has made a Dungeons and Dragons campaign in the world of RWBY. Here’s the character sheet. https://roosterteeth.com/g/post/94626948-090a-48c1-90ef-eca5b21c451c
That is an insanely small inventory section. Maybe they don't plan to give their players many items, but in most D&D games I have been a part of the inventory section is usually one of bigger blocks (for good reason).

Since there's a paywall for the Grimm Campaign (RWBY's venture into 5th edition D and D), someone wrote down what happened in the first episode. https://docs.google.com/document/d/16JKWsWkZbTqwx52VHqlz-yHQAYistuVMhH1Ic2CUD7c/edit

Metal dust is a thing now? Also, why is HP aura? Wouldn't aura be Temp HP or your constitution since it's basically a shield that powers your semblance?
I'm honestly convinced that settings that don't have "nature" or "wood" elements tend to be hit or miss.

As for HP Aura.... My head hurts thinking about it. I think they are going for trying to make it play like their video game.

To be fair, it's better than current RWBY's ideas for Semblances where they're so specific.
Its....almost exactly the same as the show though? its just Yang's rebound ability and Ruby's eyes, but better. I genuinely see no difference other than its better, which is believe or not less interesting (I didn't even think that was possible).

I said current RWBY where the semblances are so situation specific that they have little room to be used in interesting ways... Not that RT would use them in interesting ways either way.

Honestly, the way Semblances were talked about were said to be like superpowers, but the way they’re implemented feels like an RPG ability or some special fighting game move with the way they’re used and how the show seems to build up to their use in the action. And then there’s the whole “playing fast and loose with the rules for them”.

"Here's a sheet for a game we heavily modified the rules to! We're not sharing the rules though!"

Like, why?
I did a quick once over of the sheet, and everything related to semblances just comes off as chinese to me. Are those the equivalent of spells/cantrips? Because that doesn't fit the lore of RWBY at all. Are they race abilities? That doesn't fit either because race abilities are usually a small thing and don't require a whole other sheet. I'm assuming the Aura checkbox at the top is Inspiration, but that's just confusing because Aura is used differently further down. What are Aura points? I can't think of an equivalent. Why is there a page and a half for notes? You should always have a secondary paper/journal/notepad for taking generic notes for the campaign, whereas everything about your character should be directly tied to your characters history/alliances/etc in their own sections. What are the elements for? Are the spell slots?

Compare that to their DnD5e sheet they also share, and it still doesn't explain fuck all. BTW, that 5e sheet is fucking trash too, it is fucking cumbersome and not very well laid out for quickly getting info.

I'm going to take a very solid guess that, after "Before the Dawn", they'll show that Hercule stand-in to charm the audience with memes. He'll literally be the only character that the viewers would stay for, before he gets unceremoniously chucked aside for their queens.

If I'm wrong, then I'm wrong. But, I just have this gut feeling.

Things have gotten to a point where RWBY fans have become so toxic that people are willing to put a stop to this shit.

Whenever someone is on the verge of being handed a verbal beating for playing the stupid game of mocking someone on the internet, this is the best safe-space button they can think of. :smug:

Plot twist, her alt account is Coco Loves You. Remember those hypocritical twitter accounts that have RWBY characters say they love people then they show that they're heterophobes?

Oh I am aware.

Honestly, the hypocritical parasite is probably hiding in one of her many sock accounts to try and spy on others in silence.

She knew her main account might get purged so she makes plenty of backup just in case to wiggle out of punishment.
