How can someone so controversial write such a boring comic? It's bad when Beetle Bailey upstages you.

It seems boring but it pisses off your boss because it calls him out a bit. Like the creator said(IIRC), he started drawing them for his cubicle, but then they caught on amongst his coworkers. Then they annoyed his boss and the rest is history. Dilbert is the office trolling comic. Why? Simple: “They cant fire you for putting this up in your cubicle, lol!” Tame enough to not cross the line, says just enough to make management cringe.

If you ever worked in/knew of corporate office culture, the comic is funny because it is true. Some of the earlier ones were pretty good because anyone could relate, but most bore people that don’t have an office environment mentality.

Also to be fair, 13/60 is wrong. Fact is, black women are not committing those murders, it's black men. So it's really 6/60.

You forgot to count the murdered babies, public service fraud and Social Security fraud. Black women tend to commit crimes that take advantage of their positions as public service desk workers, where things such as your SSN are vulnerable.

Hard to believe Dilbert & the Simpsons came out the same year, 1989, and they're both still going. Most people would chalk them both up as quintessentially 90's, and somehow they've hung on, Dilbert less so now.

I'm convinced the Simpsons will never end. Its cancellation will be due to the cancellation of humanity.

As for Adams, he's probably using this as a way to retire. I don't think he gives a shit any way otherwise.
