Because they are an extreme minority in Germany so they have to "assimilate" to a degree or else they'll be ostracized by the larger German population. While they are only 12% or so of the population in America, in certain cities they are 50% or more of the population. When that's the case, they can completely ensconce themselves in nigger culture. They won't even have to ever see another White individual if they choose, because they can just hang in their all black part of town, never having to interact with anyone that doesn't look like them.

It's similar in Canada to how you say it is in Germany. I remember listening to something Gavin McInnis said about Canadian blacks, that they listen to Rush and play ice hockey like every other Canadian. That's what happens when they're so outnumbered in a largely White society, they actually assimilate and act right for once in their lives.
