SCP Foundation - Creepypasta with roid rage - now ITT: SCP fans

Because in a world where over a hundred dozen exist that can end the world the most pressing issue is obviously troons getting their feelings hurt.
In the old lore, this person would probably get turned into a Class D for this retardation. Imagine being able to do something that can erase a name from existence, probably something that the O5 can't even find out about, now imagine using that power in the name of tranny bullshit. Feed them to SCP-682.

Fed gone rogue for petty tranny name shit being fed to the fed hating alligator? That's some poetic justice there.

RPC is good and all, but it's a bit difficult to get into, anyone got some good recommendations? I recently read 009 (the dead pope whose corpse wakes up now and then to speak with living popes) and 562 (the disappearances in Madrid and the internet community researching them), both of which were good. I find the prevalence of the Papacy pretty interesting in the RPC world, and the non-RPC actors in general seem a bit better than what SCP has. Though I will say that the GOC goes pretty hard, damn shame its not from RPC.
Also holy shit I just remembered that the folks who made the original Containment Breach game made Barotrauma, nice.
If only the Polish fuck making the Secret Lab version was as based as that. Back when he started the project alone, updates with new SCPs and features were regular, but soon after he started larping some kind of company director and started making actual money, things went to shit. You'd think with resources like that he'd be able to update the game even more frequently, but no, it's weapon update this, texture polish that, replacing classic 173 with the Walmart version and so on.

this is funnier than anything in the scp wiki

Once you realize you'll get paid to do even less work than what you did for free, you'll never have to worry about anything ever again. Especially with as fanatically loyal a fanbase that is the SCP fanbase. Even more so when there's only one game like it, the other SCP games that aren't old as shit that I can think of is "Stray but SCP", some strange first person horror game, SCP: Secret Files which is more a narrative game than a game game, and SCP: 5k, that wasted so much potential. SCP:SL can cruise on by for years, and if they're ever too low on players they can release some big update and bring people back like they did back then.

In case anyone wants to see it for themselves. Or not, depends on if they've ever been an thread starter before.

One thing I'm a bit confused by is how people can make money off these projects. Doesn't SCP's license stop people from making them paid products or has it been changed?

You can't make money directly off the site, but you can make money if you make your own games. You just can't copyright it or include copyrighted material unless properly given permission too. Probably why SCP-173's model was changed, the Foundation was having trouble with the copyright of the original image once SCP got popular, but when SCP:SL started getting profit while having a model based on the iconic image...well, shit didn't go too well.

I think that only applies to using SCP-173's original image, which they've gotten rid of.

That was pretty much a pure clusterfuck. They had permission from the original photographer to use it, but couldn't keep retards from throwing it into for-profit things.

It's this guy btw: https://izumikato.com/

Do you like to read or listen? RPC Eastside Show (SCP Eastside Show's alternatve channel) is pretty much the only person doing anything for RPC and he's been inactive on that channel (he uploaded more recently). Best bet is to sort by highest rated. You can also check out the contest winners. Everyone has favorites.

Thanks, I'll check the contest winners, I have checked out a few Eastside Show videos, but I usually prefer to do the reading myself.
