Not pedostaff as far as I know. The 2019 allegation is well documented ITT, via
@Lil' Misogynist,

I'll say it before, and I'll say it again; SCP does not need our help cannibalizing themselves and imploding. We don't need to hyperbolize, they are at no loss of self-producing mortifying and embarrassing content as it is. Having said that, Uncle Nico was one of only two or three staff mentioned here who have highly questionable sexual misconduct histories and who hadn't been either banned or seen running swiftly for the exits. Take that for what it's worth. Seems as though the staff on that O5 post are set on stripping him of his position. Uncle Nico to KF in 3...2...1...
As a partially relevant aside, here is a romance tale he wrote recently:
web.archive.org
It's an autobiographical tale about how the narrator has finally accepted himself as asexual. Hey this is great timing! Can you imagine what questionable behavior would otherwise hover over him, if he weren't asexual? Now any alleged sexual harassment against him can be swatted away by citing this admission-tale. Phew, tie goes to the runner.
Anyway, here's a clip:
First off, lol.
Second off, wow. "I am hoping to meet someone who can finally just get me in all my uniqueness..." was probably subconsciously written with the character breaking eye contact to give a pensive turn to the rain-streaked window. This is not how you pique the interest of anyone, not compositionally and certainly not romantically. Extremely poor character writing and dialogue. This is what fedora edgelords whose romantic expectations are informed solely by anime protagonists fantasize is how a woman will react to them on sight. "It's complicated" is supposed to be enough of an narrative motive to have the speed dater find the narrator as vulnerable and endearing? This is all it takes in the mind of the author to justify feelings of protectiveness and interest in a potential romance?
Yeah, asexual is probably the best option here.
