you can go back and read the 60 pages, they are laughing at you for negrating the posts, not being mad.
i'm ESL and i could understand that.

your implication, not mine.
although i did share a bad experience with the lazy niggers that don't return their shopping cart.
And you’re still talking about it still clearly not mad
You should use that energy to return your cart.
I was born with glass bones and paper skin every morning I break my legs and every afternoon I break my arms. I can only move my thumbs with excruciating pain, but it’s worth it to negrate everyone. I just wish they could find a cure for this debilitating disease.

you know like 85% of the people this guy films are black and he spends most of his time looking for white people so his videos don't look racist.
Ah, the classic dilemma of the "Cops" producers. We gotta find someone who isn't black committing a crime.

God Damn you're all still going?
There's no days off in the cart-er-dome, brother.

Why are people so mad at the Cart Narc? Just return your fucking cart unless you're having an emergency or something. I'm sure that the Cart Narc would understand it if you're in a rush.

In the event that you do not in fact return your cart, just be amused by his silly autistic antics as he calls you a "lazybones".

Why are people so jaded about everything these days? Half the people the Cart Narc clowns on seem to be in perpetual "I wish a bitch would" mode. Some of the posters on this very thread also appear to be at unhealthy levels of MATI, too. I'm sure that some African gentlemen would rather have the Cart Narc give them shit every single day rather than being constantly robbed by the local guerrillas, who also steal their food and beat the fuck out tof them. Count your blessings.

I mean everybody should return their shopping carts. It's just basic politeness. With that being said, the cart nark is an annoying fagot.
There is such a thing as being absolutely right and absolutely wrong about it at the same time. He needs to increase his charisma and speechcraft stats. Now if this insufferable faggot gets a beat down in the parking lot then I'll watch cuz that'll be funny

My theory is he does the annoying gay guy voice so it sounds as nonthreatening as possible. If some nigger chimps out at a guy doing that voice it makes them look funnier for the video I guess

You obviously have not watched many of his videos. No matter the excuse, all he does is insult and taunt, while insisting he wants to have a "polite conversation." See the "throwing arm" video i posted, or the "asshole video" where he chastises the guy to the pint the Trader Joe's manager asks him to leave.
In the event that you do not in fact return your cart, just be amused by his silly autistic antics as he calls you a "lazybones".
Except his silly antics are filmed and will be put on YouTube, with hundreds of thousands of views. This and his insincere, passive aggressive schtick are why I detest this insufferable cunt.

He isn't committing disorderly conduct per any of the subsections:

The first two involve hateful speech or symbols that disrupt the public, and WEE WOO, lazy bones, and a magnet that says "put your cart away" constitute none of those.
(1) uses abusive, indecent, profane, or vulgar language in a public place, and the language by its very utterance tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace;

The many videos of his behavior causing people to chimp out is literally evidence his language, by its very utterance, tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace. he should reasonably assume his behavior would cause a disturbance, as he feels the need to wear a bulletproof vest. Additionally, causing others to chimp out and draw weapons very much disrupts the public.
I would argue someone getting in his face and saying "i'm going to put you down" would be a more inciting reason.
(b) It is a defense to prosecution under Subsection (a)(4) that the actor had significant provocation for his abusive or threatening conduct.

Legally, you would be wrong. A person approaching you aggressively, wearing a bullet proof vest, prima facie gives you a reasonable fear of bodily injury and is threatening conduct. But i'm willing to concede he is unlikely to be prosecuted for disorderly conduct.

"b-but he's wee woo's too loudly!"

He's not hitting 85 decibels. the person screaming at him probably is tho.

no where in the code you linked is a magnet considered vandalizing, and from what i found on some crummy "ask a lawyer site" the two answers are "just put the cart away lmao" and "it's not disorderly just remove the magnet and don't engage with him."
That's because vandalism is covered in a different part of state law.
lazybones think the law is on their side. unfortunately they're too lazy to read the material themselves.

Sec. 28.03

Criminal Mischief

(a)

A person commits an offense if, without the effective consent of the owner:

(1)

he intentionally or knowingly damages or destroys the tangible property of the owner;

(2)

he intentionally or knowingly tampers with the tangible property of the owner and causes pecuniary loss or substantial inconvenienceto the owner or a third person; or

(3)

he intentionally or knowingly makes markings, including inscriptions, slogans, drawings, or paintings, on the tangible property of the owner.

Magnets damage paint. That is a pecuniary loss. That is criminal mischief, which is what vandalism in Texas is charged as.

Additionally:

(e) When more than one item of tangible property, belonging to one or more owners, is damaged, destroyed, or tampered with in violation of this section pursuant to one scheme or continuing course of conduct, the conduct may be considered as one offense, and the amounts of pecuniary loss to property resulting from the damage to, destruction of, or tampering with the property may be aggregated in determining the grade of the offense.

Because this is a scheme to film provocation, all of the incidents can be added up into one charge for the purposes of determining legal severity. He is walking himself into a felony.

lazybones think the law is on their side. unfortunately they're too lazy to read the material themselves.

Why would I want to stop when people keep letting me know it upsets them?
Because that's how you earn a cute pink triangle next to your username, as well as probable perpetual infamy on this website.

All this over the CART NARC. Are you really going to let the CART NARC mindbreak you so much that you sperg out for another 62 pages? Come on, dude.

Except his silly antics are filmed and will be put in YouTube, with hundreds of thousands of views. This and his insincere, passdive aggressive schtick are why I detest this insufferable cunt.
it's almost like you could avoid all of this and effectively destroy his channel by:
  1. Not overreacting and pitching a hissyfit
    OR
  2. Putting the goddamn cart away

I’m not the one derailing the thread talking about negrates but do please go on

Can some of the defenders of this twat come up with some other retort besides "you must not put your cart away" or "lazybones detected." It is completely unoriginal and efforts to personalize the argument are almost always a loser

I put my cart away, it is not about that, which is further evidenced btw that he bothers people if they put the cart in a planter or other area where it does not obstruct a parking spot or roll off.
I'd be very interested to know what establishments have trespassed him. He seems to do Walmart and stop n ship, but no longer does Trader Joe's....

@Netizennameless if you think "wee woo wee woo" and lazy bones is " abusive, indecent, profane, or vulgar language" you have paper thin skin. I'd reference the tomlinson court case where the judge said the man texting tomlinson was dumb, but tomlinson's response was unreasonable. He made the same argument that it was harassing and dangerous language too. i could find a video of someone freaking out about being asked to put a shirt on in a store i'm sure. would having a recording of their unreasonable response retroactively make the person saying "put a shirt on" inciteful language.

You're putting the actions of the person on the sperg narc instead of acknowledging they have responsibility for their actions as well. If you find him threatening you've got more problems than most.

also you're over hyping the damage to the paint.

Do Car Magnets Cause Paint Damage?

a magnet touching a car will not rip paint off in droves, and removing a magnet is not a "substantial inconvenience."
A cart hitting someone's car is more likely to damage a car.

the saddest part about this thread is that probably 80% of the people saying "put the cart away" agree Sebastian is a sperg. the other 20% read like a joke. the only thing worse than him is the people acting like their lives are over because someone pointed out them being lazy, to the point they feel obligated to argue with him.

See the "throwing arm" video i posted
Ok, I'm going to take the L and admit that I hadn't watched that one. That's a bad look for our autistic hero. She looks and acts like a munchie, sure, but she had at least some receipts to back it up. Though she's throwing her daughter into this hot mess when she could've, I don't know, driven away.

That is something I don't think is too serious. I don't think any employer will choose to not hire you because you were a victim of the Cart Narc, nor will your neighbours give you shit for it. His overall behaviour, demeanour, and lack of restraint all seem extraordinarily autistic, so it's hard to get truly mad at him.

I don't think magnets can cause damage to the car. At least not fridge magnets. Really strong magnets applied over a long period of time might.

If he put stickers you could argue that glue residue could be hard to remove.

The magnets are stupid. It's pretty expensive to get magnets. It also takes a while. If he was less confrontational about it and sneakily put on magnets, they would stay longer.
