This little five year old makes sure to return her cart when she's done with it.

Why can't you lazybones?

I wish my country had hero like that. You couldn't imagine uncaroled shopping carts and violence against carts on daily basis.

How would YOU feel like if someone shoved a coin up your ass then left alone in a underground parking lot?

Shopping carts have feelings too.

I saw a video about this guy last yr from the Youtuber Leon Lush. I felt embarrassed for him for confronting the people so aggressively and for how they must feel. I worked as a cart corraler for a while. I personally liked when people left their carts in the lot so I could get away from the chaos of the store and put it back. I could never see myself getting mad at customers for not putting their cart back. IDK what they're going through and I try not to judge.
I'm kind of conflicted on the poll bc I don't believe in narcing but I've heard people say that returning the cart is the ultimate test of self governance.
Take for example this video, which has some of the highest number of views.
Even the going on about her being incorrectly parked in the handicap spot is asshole behavior. There have been a lot of crazy incidents where people freak out and assume the spot isn't needed, only to find out the person is actually an amputee, has MS etc.
3. The autist also has an obsession with litter and he wants big brother to catch all the bottle pissers https://youtu.be/TITSYb-5_Zo?t=534 what a bizzare thing to focus on
If he really cared, he could sponsor one of those adopt a highway programs and pick up the litter on the section of highway he sponsored.

Everyone else is crying about negrates and somehow I’m the one who is acting like a redditor lots of Reddit behavior itt apparently
nah, people are noticing your puzzle behavior of negrating anyone that calls people that don't return the shopping carts a lazy nigger.
you can go back the 60 pages to look at it.

Then you're stealing food from the mouths of hard working auto mechanics and their families. By leaving my cart wherever i please, i am stimulating the economy. I am also providing valuable market research to the company regarding optimal cart receptacle placement.

Plus if you're not lazy, you can just park in the back of the lot where the lazy people don't go and voila! No loose shopping carts.

In 2023 it's an open question of whether or not caring for the group's wellbeing is even morally right. most of them are useless fucks who would genuinely be better off being forced to contribute to society or starve.

100%.

It's vandalism and you van be legally shot for doing it to a vehicle in Texas.

The reason you can be legally shot for it in Texas is that nobody has a right to damage your property, and Texas doesn't play the autistic game of "it's only minor vandalism, let it happen." The onus is on the criminal to decide how much he values his own life, not the innocent bystander.

Less dramatically though, he is committing disorderly conduct. His initiating the situation also creates a legal defense for his victims against the same charge when they chimp out because he's provoking them. That's why he never waits for the cops.

The Texas statute covering it:
He isn't committing disorderly conduct per any of the subsections:
(1) uses abusive, indecent, profane, or vulgar language in a public place, and the language by its very utterance tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace;
(2) makes an offensive gesture or display in a public place, and the gesture or display tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace;
(3) creates, by chemical means, a noxious and unreasonable odor in a public place;
(4) abuses or threatens a person in a public place in an obviously offensive manner;
(5) makes unreasonable noise in a public place other than a sport shooting range, as defined by Section 250.001, Local Government Code, or in or near a private residence that he has no right to occupy;
(6) fights with another in a public place;
(7) discharges a firearm in a public place other than a public road or a sport shooting range, as defined by Section 250.001, Local Government Code;
(8) displays a firearm or other deadly weapon in a public place in a manner calculated to alarm;
(9) discharges a firearm on or across a public road;
(10) exposes his anus or genitals in a public place and is reckless about whether another may be present who will be offended or alarmed by his act; or
(11) for a lewd or unlawful purpose:
(A) enters on the property of another and looks into a dwelling on the property through any window or other opening in the dwelling;
(B) while on the premises of a hotel or comparable establishment, looks into a guest room not the person's own through a window or other opening in the room; or
(C) while on the premises of a public place, looks into an area such as a restroom or shower stall or changing or dressing room that is designed to provide privacy to a person using the area.
The first two involve hateful speech or symbols that disrupt the public, and WEE WOO, lazy bones, and a magnet that says "put your cart away" constitute none of those. I would argue someone getting in his face and saying "i'm going to put you down" would be a more inciting reason.

"b-but he's wee woo's too loudly!"
(2) a noise is presumed to be unreasonable if the noise exceeds a decibel level of 85 after the person making the noise receives notice from a magistrate or peace officer that the noise is a public nuisance.
He's not hitting 85 decibels. the person screaming at him probably is tho.

no where in the code you linked is a magnet considered vandalizing, and from what i found on some crummy "ask a lawyer site" the two answers are "just put the cart away lmao" and "it's not disorderly just remove the magnet and don't engage with him."

lazybones think the law is on their side. unfortunately they're too lazy to read the material themselves.

i love this thread just saying.

cart arguments really are going to be the downfall of society, people just descend into screaming and madness and shoving carts at each other and throwing drinks and putting faggot stickers on each others cars. Its the same arguments the founding fathers were punching and shooting each other over except instead of human rights and the limits of governance its people arguing whether or not a people that cant put carts away is truly deserving of free will and a representative democracy or some shit.

Looking at your little chart helped me beter explain how many decibels my ghetto Kabuki box stereo purrs at. 80 to 90 decimals on moderate volumes 110 max power. Nice not too loud. Not too low

Yeah and crying about it like redditors crying about downvotes
you can go back and read the 60 pages, they are laughing at you for negrating the posts, not being mad.
i'm ESL and i could understand that.
you’re clearly not mad
your implication, not mine.
although i did share a bad experience with the lazy niggers that don't return their shopping cart.
