I am embarrassed to admit this but I think I might actually be too stupid to do the task of standard retail employee. Any time I do self checkout I end up forgetting to ring up items and use like 300 bags. I was never formally trained on this task so its not my fault.

Based on this thread I tried to put my own cart back and so far I have sprained my ankle, cut myself on some metal in the parking lot, stepped on a discarded heroin needle, accidentally ran the cart into someones car denting it, scraped a huge mark on another guys car, ran over a small child breaking their arm, and somehow broke a shopping cart.

I really want to help and not be a lazy bones but I can't even.

Except the guy never pointed it at him or in his direction so it really isn’t a crime in Texas. Texas has open carry laws so showing someone a gun being a crime would be kind of counter intuitive. Or I guess if the prosecutor was a total dick they could try to charge him with deadly conduct which is what this would fall under but no jury in Texas would ever prosecute someone for this lmao
