I posted it all in the Flutter thread, but, TLDR, it answers a lot of questions we have had, explains his long absence from the internet between late March and May, lines up with everything we know, and is, frankly, way too funny to let it slide.
Ah, and Flutter's Finnish. Chris has obsessively learned Duolingo over the past year as well.

If his Finnish is anything like his Spanish then the locals are in for a treat.

Yeah it would make sense, can't disagree with that. But these pictures aren't really solid proof. And I can't get over the one with the blue hoodie at Normal. I seriously doubt it's Chris.

First of all, the jawline. It is really well defined. I doubt a high angle shot could make THAT much of a difference, you don't see a hint of a double chin. Second, Chris has a nice flabby set of manboobs. This blue hoodie covers this persons possibly small boobs (if he even has any). He's wearing a bag over them so if it was Chris the bag would really put them on display. Third, I think the person in the picture looks younger than 40. I think it"s just some feminine dude.

Late reply, but nah, Chris said in one of the IRC chats that he couldn't drive stick. He said he couldn't drive Barb's BMW or the Honda (the Chandlers had a manual Honda???) because he didn't know standard.

Finnish considers it as another form of disability/welfare. He isn't applicable for gibs if he is getting benefits from another source eg US gubmint. Visa process is long and citizenship takes years.

I assume you know what you're talking about on that, and I'm pretty sure in most countries it would be taken into consideration you were already getting gibs in general, but it isn't "welfare" for the purposes of being means-tested for entitlement, i.e. you don't need to be flat broke to get it and you (usually) don't get disqualified from it unless you actually turn out not to be disabled, whether from an improvement in your condition or because you get caught committing fraud.

It would still be insane for a country to let you double dip and I more or less assumed Finland is not one of the insane countries that might do something that dumb.

Finland disability welfare/Pension does not allow people to double dip or work, you're pulled out of Disability pension when IRS notices money traffic and their source.
Finland is very definition of tax hell and is very anal about it. You will get questions about each source of income, people have been pulled out of disability pension for less. Chris can't double dip or apply for other welfare programs when his income is high enough, rent assistance and so on.
My mother who is on disability pension for post cancer treatment, colostomy to be specific isn't allowed to earn or receive past set limit which is 20 € per month, in event of persistent income of past 20 € monthly limit, system consider you to have secondary source of income and pulls you off SSID and starts taxing you.
In case of Chris he receives SSID from US government, Finnish welfare system sees that as another another SSID, blocks Christ Chan from getting Finnish gibs. Believe you me Finnish IRS looks Chris' bank accounts closely, double dipping in other words fraud is impossible.

If this was in Virginia time, it would be posted at between 3:30 to 4:30 AM. In Finland's time, that's around 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
Chris's sleep schedule for all of post jail saga has been waking up at 11 AM and sleeping around 2 AM, therefore, the above.

This further cements my theory chris will never be happy with what hasbro does. Unlike sonic which eventually went back to the classic design, he simply refuses to accept the fact that this franchise is moving on whether he likes it or not.

That and my own personal belief is all this crying and screeching "generation 5 is CANCELED HASBRO!" Is just the whiny man baby being butthurt that he jumped on the brony bandwagon too late. He got into mlp g4 when most of the world had moved on from it.

I think Chris was the ONLY sonic fanboy to sperg out over the blarms saga. Most people were too busy being pissed off at how much the sonic boom games sucked as games then how the characters had changed design wise.



As for the Finland situation, I think it's best to apply Occam's razor. Chris is simply "on vacation" in Finland with flutter and just happens to have a disposable income thanks to the US government gibes me dats. The only question is how long can an American say he's "on vacation" and receiving foreign income before overstaying his welcome?

So here's a thought and disclaimer it's all based on speculation that we know about this situation and what might be going on.



Assuming Chris got said validated late September shortly before his arrival in Finland. He's got until late December possibly after new year's with the holidays to stay there. If it's true and was his plan all along, spending christmas in Europe with a potential sweetheart?....it almost feels like an "I got away with it." Ending.


Chris's story ends with him smiling ear to ear sitting on a comfy chair. It's late December, christmas eve. The fireplace the only light and the crackle the only sound. As flutter rests her Shetland pony face in his lap as he looks ahead that creeper smile on his face. The door closes and now the only sound is the howling wind and snow of the Finnish winter as the credits roll.

That isn't remotely true, though. He was already into MLP before G4 even came out, because Megan was a fan. So his original ponyfagging was during G3/3.5.

Eh it was more because Megan was into it and g3 was the only gen around at the time. Chris was most likely only into g3 because the girl he wanted to bed was into it. He mostly stopped caring once Megan was out of his life and didn't care again until he discovered kindred solace in the brony community...well at least till even their tolerance for Chris and his infamy dried up that is.

I dunno but I've been researching Finland a little bit and there's some definite positives to living there. Not great housing prices but you know healthcare and things like that seem pretty cheap. In one video it actually says it's the happiest country in the world.

If Chris had help getting his finances in order and keeps himself out of trouble, it wouldn't be the worst decision he ever made.
