Religious Zionism has been splitting down the middle between the liberalim and the rest for a while now (maybe not exactly 50/50 but you get the point) and Bennett leaving/betraying Bayit Yehudi made the split more or less official. Arabs in general, and certainly not Druze don't really have anything to worry about from his Ranaana-Beit Shemesh-Gush Etzion base. Smotrich may be picking up chareidim to compensate for that but I don't think there's been a net change in any direction. Don't forget that UTJ has previously tried to appeal to Chardalim via Pindrus/Rav David Chai Hakohen, although I don't see that being so successful anymore now that Bennett is out of the picture.

Even considering the Religious Zionist party alone, Smotrich has shown a genuine effort to include more liberal and centrist elements in the party. This didn't really pan out because the most prominent liberal candidates for spots on the RZ list turned him down, but even so you have MKs like Michal Waldiger who are certainly not religious fanatics. You have to remember that not all chardalim are the same, as well. This is where it gets super internecine and spergy, but he's from Beit El, not Har Hamor.
