If I didn't know any better, I'd say a fetish for fuck-off huge noses is the reason. But that would imply actually bothering to learn how to work fuck-off schnozzes into art without making it stand out horribly.

they're shockingly easy to draw. source, was bad artist, made many big bad art mistakes, and when you're trying to avoid drawing tiny anime dot-noses without nostrils you automatically start drawing massive J's for noses.

I slogged through 976 pages to make sure I didn't post something that had already been posted. So many things I wanted to comment on, so many things I wanted to rate... So instead, now that Tumblr's dying, I will share with you all some things I've found.
Huh, weird. I don't remember Gerudo designs looking like racist asian stereotypes. I guess they only like it when the characters they WANT to be a different race are different instead of the ones that are already darker.
Awww look at the newlyweds. I love when Tumblr conflates "seething anger and hatred" with "belligerent sexual tension and they're so in love". Check out them noses and Kyle's noticeably darkened skin.
Caption: "Pink is a Christmas color now Tweek said so" which sounds juuuust similar enough to "sorry I don't make the rules uwu" for me to count it. This chick draws Tweek in a bunch of girly shit and has a "magical boy au" so I GUESS I should give her credit because at least it's not a trans headcanon? Still though, there's a handful of characters that DO crossdress, why stick that on Tweek?
This one isn't heavy with the SJW themes, I just thought it was ugly.
Bonus post about the Buddha Box episode:
There's a handful of Borderlands fans that got it into their adorable, empty little heads that Rhys is a trans guy because his unidentified chest tattoo (which no one knows the size and shape of under the outfit) is a siren tattoo. Not to mention there's a bunch of gay stuff involving Handsome Jack (who's expressly been attracted to one guy - himself, because he's a narcissist) when word of god said Jack's probably the only canon straight guy in the game (geddit, 'cuz he's an EVIL CIS WHITE MALE).
I'm having trouble finding more - must've been culled but I know I've seen my share of Rhys running around in pastel trans shirts and such before, though
I mean it has been implied that Jane may be chubby in Homestuck, but not to this extent.
These are good finds! Making Tweek girly is such a weird choice. He doesn't display any traditional feminine behavior. At least with Kenny you could argue he has some sort of curiosity regarding his gender in SOT as Princess Kenny.
