Honestly, there could be a bunch of reasons (being unable to afford transitioning, health reasons, etc) for the character not transitioning. But it's a fictional character and I wouldn't give it much thought unless the artist brings it up.

oh i remember this guy. i don't know about now but he was a fantroll for a homestuck fancomic, had a friend who was really into it. dunno how recent that pic is but the artist hasn't changed at all it seems. the art isnt too bad, but thats when an artist starts to stagnate.
