It is possible. People with Cluster B personality disorders are often extremely charming and charismatic, especially at first. Shaner also had lots of posts deleted for doing shit like spamming Bible quotes and other nonsense, so probably a lot of his shitposts aren't part of his ratio, which would be lower if they were still counted.
