Some of the episodes on MAX and those, uh, redistributed from there have a non-registering accelerated frame rate of about 12%. So your timer on a playback may still say like 10-11 minutes, but if you time it with an external clock, it will be just under 9 minutes.

This is something that they've talked about in Sleepycast, maybe in OneyPlays, and on the Create Unknown interviews: a reference joke can't just be the reference, there has to be a joke around it that someone who doesn't know the thing can laugh at. You don't need to know the OneyPlays jokes like "Lyle, they hit the Pentagon" to find the "Turn on the TV, doesn't matter what channel" joke from the President episode funny, or know the I Feel Fantastic doll to find the doll creepy and funny and jupscary in the Boss gets married episode. But if you do know them, it just adds.
