This was actually censored heavily, it was going to mention "The Tomar Attacks" but Adult Swim got the call and had to quickly change it
Tomar has worm connections due to his worm like appendages and as we all know worms are the true power brokers in the world.

Doug "Daniel The Demon Slayer" Walker on the last episodes.

And slightly related, Aron Fromm, the A in Zach and Michael's ZAM Studios and animator on Smiling Friends made a short about Norm Macdonald.
After watching this short I’m convinced Fromm, Zack, and Michael want to make something bigger than Smiling Friends. They’re all in their prime age range for creative work and their studio can clearly make something beautiful and poignant. Seeing Sam Kinnison spill cocaine like it was Disney Pixie dust was such a delight.

I hope Apple+ just gives them a fucking dump truck of money to make an adult animated series/film. They have the talent and the ability to get cartoonists from opposite ends of the globe to make great animation. Smiling Friends ended because they don’t want to be at a creative plateau.

I will say Apple+ in terms of TV tends to take more creative risks and allow their creators to be a lot more risky, especially in animation. Adult Swim obviously has a lot less, and sadly animation is expensive due to man-hours. They get along too, which is a plus.

I still hurt a little inside when I think of Norm. It'll be 5 years in September. Holy shit it doesn't feel like that long.

Only just found out about the Emme chick who's obsessed with Allan.

Now I just want Zach, Michael, and Fromm to make a live action horror short where this monstrosity isn't just a plushie, it's actually alive.

This is fucking terrifying.

If the weird crazy woman wants to pretend Alan's her boyfriend, let her, I don't get why ethics has to get brought into everything.

Though she will definitely move on to a different character to obsess over in several months.
I am not up on the lore, who is that woman Alan was painting?
Is she a yumeshipper?
EDIT: Finished the last two episodes, peak. DiMaggio is such a great voice actor, and I always love when he’s playing a bad guy like the uncle here or the Joker because he’s just so good at it.

Real talk, I'm so glad they made a episode about AI that isn't the typical "AI le BAD BECAUSE [insert faggot leftoid talking points here]" but just a silly "robot does everything for you" episode with the moral being if something does all the work for you, you become increasingly entitled, arrogant and impatient about everything. The twist that it was an Indian too was the cherry on top of an already funny episode that's gonna be remembered for a good long while.

Overall, this was probably a good place for them to stop. Season 3 was still good, but I could tell they couldn't keep it going much longer. The sexual imagery and humor increased. Compare that to season one where it was pretty much just that one mustard scene. I wonder if that correlated with the burnout. I made the mistake of watching the last episode with my ultra-christian friend and had to turn it off half way through.

My soul laughed when I saw the robot reveal. Then I actually laughed when I saw this shot. By the way, anyone notice how the last two episodes are about guys who just wanted to have friends and hang out? I also realized they paid the guy to record the back of his head and turn around, too.

That’s just how everyone is these days anywhere that isn’t KF. You can’t just laugh or get amusement out of somebody else's weirdness without also virtue-signalling concern about ethics and mental health.

It’s weird looking back at stuff that was on the internet 20 years ago and seeing none of that.
I remember some years ago seeing some Deviantart images of Mac Tonight (As in, the freakng McDonalds mascot they made just to sell burgers during the evening, AKA Moonman the One Man Klan) with some self-insert OC, which I think was some furry chick in a hat.

There was also some other bizarre shit like GreenSwampWarrior, but it was clearly some tongue in cheek shitposting account.

You make your friend sound like Pim when he’s forced to watch the “horrors” of the world on a projector in frowning friends.

“Don’t look Charlie!”
“I’ve seen way worse stuff than this on the internet man”
