@Alexander Thaut I don’t get why Miles is the official side kick. He could be entertaining if he’s the wannabe who knows toeing the line between vigilante and becoming a Supercop, but unsure of which he wants to be.

Insane to me that they willingly kept something they knew people hated because they wanted to prove MJ was a strong, independent woman who doesn't need powers or whatever. They didn't even improve her missions that much, I'm pretty sure they just gave you the ability to hide to de-aggro the enemies if you got caught instead of just immediate mission failure.
If they wanted her to be a capable, powerless hero all they had to do was make her take self defense or martial arts classes or something, like give her the ability to fight back if someone catches her. Didn't she spend time in Symkaria reporting on the civil war happening over there? It doesn't really make sense to me that she would be in an active warzone and not have some way to defend herself beyond a glorified taser.
But ultimately... did she really need to be a hero in the first place?

Most people will say woke, but I think the honest reason is that the MCU was a poorly managed ship that rushed Spider-Man in and tried to substitute Uncle Ben with Tony Stark. They clearly had no initial plan for Peter in Civil War and kept everything extremely vague. Homecoming followed up by doubling down on Tony being Peter’s new compass. Since then, it gave every new writer a pass to skip the Uncle scene. Doesn’t hurt to add that Peter is established in every new iteration similar to Batman, so writers completely skip the origin.

I'm still irritated that never got a rerelease. It's far better than people give it credit for. I know people are annoyed you couldn't skip cutscenes but I never minded it since I love the game so much.

The game is heavy with cutscenes but unlike most movie games the pacing is tight enough that it didn't bother me too much. And the shooting is just so fucking satisfying. Shoot dodging out the club window and blasting six Brazilians in the dome is cool as fuck.
And the final level man. That airport shootout is iconic to me.
