Hi,

I won't reveal too much, but I work at a CloudFlare server room as an engineer. For the past couple of weeks, I've taken up a habit of pissing in the server room on the floor as a way to conserve time during my work hours, as the only bathroom in the building is on the first floor, and I'm on the third floor. Any time the janitor has asked about it I've always convinced him that I've seen large congregations of rats collectively pissing on the floor when I come in during the morning, and that seems to have distracted him away from it being my habit. However, a recent problem has arisen where some of my piss may accidentally flow on the floor to one of the servers, causing it to malfunction and temporarily shut down. Thankfully, I can fix this by just plugging the server back in, but usually I wait for the piss to at least partially dry up before doing this so I can avoid getting my hands wet. As such, it seems this time my piss puddle accidentally flowed directly to the SoyBooru servers, causing an error. I know it says it is a "host" error, but it is actually an error with CloudFlare. The managers just set it up to always show a host error to deflect blame from it being a problem with our servers here in Miami. Anyway, your "Soyjack party" should be back up shortly. The piss is almost dried up.

TL;DR: I pissed on your servers and caused your website to shut down.

The few remaining oldtroons need to be encouraged to live in the past and get back to pretending their shitposts have "soul" and that they're not all a bunch of mentally handicapped autists that think they're better than everyone else for having been shitposting here longer than them. Look at /jak/, it doesn't resemble old /qa/ one bit.

CSAM is currently being posted on /soy/, hold off on visiting the site for a while to give the spammer time to get bored to avoid risking anything that could get you V& from ending up on your PC.

More of a thing of "Excuse to take your stuff and look through it to find more incriminating things."
It is like going to someone's house and hearing a gunshot, that's probable cause to enter.
Let us say that you have CSAM in your cache, and for whatever reason, your computer is seized or your data is requested, let us assume it is due to some sort of financial scam thing, or because you took it into a repair store and it is found by the technician. The CSAM on your cache acts as probable cause for your entire computer being investigated.
Whether or not you get charged for having it or not depends specifically on what else they find on your device; if you have no incriminating stuff on your device, then most likely not unless you have pissed someone off. If you have incriminating stuff on your device outside of it? Then chances are more likely you'll get charges, especially if you have pissed someone off.

The question is whether or not you are clean, and if you know anyone that is pissed off at you; with you in particular? I'd avoid that situation because you haven't exactly been the cleanest netizen, and you've probably pissed off a few people.
