Heres what I know about Sobot (Who is mentioned in the OP).

Sobot is a 16 year old polish crossdresser currently living in argentina, and a tripfag who began posting in early 2022. "He" was barely known outside of a few failed forced memes such as his obsession with "Gemtoo" (Gentoo) and other /g/ shit (How Ironic). However nowadays he is semi well known because of his association/affair with kuz. Kuz is apparently very fond of Sobot, and many edits of them together have been made. Although they both officially deny any relationship, a Janitor known as Brett leaked IRC chats between the two where they were essentially flirting, and kuz even offered to fly sobot to meet him in memphis, but they both claimed this was just a joke. Its worth nothing that kuz is married.

As for it being a joke, it should be mentioned that kuz is an extremely disquieted and subdued person and doesnt really make jokes or conversate in public/with people--even in private (as seen by the IRC leaks). As one chud put it:

I do really wonder what the actual relationship between kuz and sobot is. The IRC leaks showed that they were very intimate with eachother, and he wasnt like that to the other janitors, or anyone for that matter. It was so uncharacteristic of him that i thought they were fake until he confirmed they were real by saying they were "out of context". But i dont know what context you could put what he said into that would make it any less... weird. Sobot seemed to be into it tho

Sobot was hired to be a moderator a few days after kuz took over the site, though it wasnt publicly announced, and kuz refused to confirm it was true after people began to get suspicious. Some time later, kuz eventually admitted that he was a mod, and said he was "too good to fire" - but backtracked the next day and dismissed him. Allegedly. Rumors persist that sobot is still actually a mod - as he is still often seen close to kuz, and in kolyma. Sobot often makes threads on incel posting pictures of himself and making fun of people who dont like kuzs administration.

He is both hated and loved on the site, many people think he is distracting kuz (see: 3rd pic) and being an annoying tranny. That said, he has a large fanbase as well on account of his appearance.

The situation has done little to dissuade rumors that kuz is a pervert.

this situation always weirded me out and is one of the reasons i don't really like kuz (besides the general weirdness of his character) but despite what people may tell you, soot wasn't in any way better, soot basically abandoned the website and rarely talked in the 'sharty, and on the rare moments when he did, he would sperg out at random trolls
