I guess I'm more interesting in foreign indie games when they are so clearly foreign that it couldn't have been made anywhere else. I played another Chinese indie game called Tales from the Neon Sea and I didn't stick with it very long because it was just cyberpunk game that felt like it could have been from anywhere. I want to see some of that cultural sensibility or what have you. I'm not interested in foreign indie games just for diversity's sake.What the fuck, Valhalla Cyberpunk bartending Simulator was made entirely with the last money the Venezuelan government had before poverty and chaos set in and somehow a rando and his autism simulator bankrolled by the CCP and it's legalized slave labor is now a video game darling?
